I was shopping at the store in loveland co 8/10/2023 around 1:45 the gentleman on duty was terrible. His attitude was disappointing to say the least. He repeatedly ordered customers out of the store so he could have a break. I am completely for every employee having the break they deserve but this man was rude and obnoxious slamming my merchandise on tcounter iam not

I feel like they have a great seasonal selection of shoes for all. Their women's dress shoes section leans more towards comfortable than stylish. I can always find great summer sandals (dressy and casual) I like the open layout and the lower shelves so you can see the whole store. Great location right by Macy's at Centerra.

Terrible costumer service!! First and last time spending my hard earned money there.

Showed up at 6:20 on a Monday to shop and it was closed. No sign on the door or anything explaining why they weren’t open.

They don't answer their phones and the shoes seem to fall apart fairly quickly. Stitching coming out.

Extremely impressed with the customer service that I received at this store. From Lamont particularly. He helped me out on the phone, and when I got to the store. He had the shoes set aside for when I arrived.. unfortunately they didn't fit as well as I thought they would. He helped me order A smaller size that will be shipped to my house. Lamont, thank you for your dedication to excellence.

Employees are HORRIBLE. We were checked out by this kid named Derek who had a terrible attitude and zero regard for customers. All while a girl sitting behind the counter twiddling her thumbs never asked any customers if they needed help. He gave us a hassle about a simple coupon after never greeting us or telling us thank you after the transaction. Safe to say we don't plan on coming back anytime soon! If anyone has an issue with DEREK be sure to give it right back because that kid needs to be terminated!

I was surprised to see that the clearance items weren't marked down much, still a little pricey for clearance.

For being a Famous Footwear, it's a very small store with very limited stock.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. It was the worse experience ever! I went there to buy my kids shoes the store was closed 2 hours early with no signs on the door. When I called the store the girl laughed in my face and told me that “we down an associate so we had to close early” there’s no way that 2 people can’t run a store beyond disappointed and will take my business elsewhere. She was beyond unprofessional and the staff was laughing at us trying to pull the door open!
