Famous Footwear

I was looking for boots and tried some on I liked but they were tight. The gal who was there told me she could order a size larger and have them delivered to me. They are great! Thank you for your customer service!

It's on the smaller side and only carries very seasonally appropriate footwear but with the decent prices on shoes it is worth checking out. Very friendly staff and convenient location.

Nice place, and overall the staff seemed very willing to help, manager or assistant manager was very helpful and tried to answer questions. A new team member or I'm assuming it was a new team member had headphones on when we first came in and so when I approached him he said oh sorry I did not see you come in. Then when we were up talking to the manager and asking questions he had his phone out and seem to be texting, however also being somewhat attentive to the conversation he was not really engaged. Nice person just needs some training.

Customer Service could be better & not so judgmental when someone brings back a pair of shoes. But the employees looked like kids so can't say I'd be back. I felt they were EXTREMELY judgmental & made me feel like I was garbage. Now they took my shoes back. But beyond the "store policy" those girls weren't welcoming

Wife bought a pair of shoes in another store in Bloomington MN, and we were able to get another pair of the same style but different color. We had to order online as they didn't have it on the shelf, will ship to us for free. Also hot a discount as a Vet.

Store was clean and well organized. Jonathan was super helpful and friendly!

Always super friendly and nice! I wish they had more of a selection for woman’s shoes, but there customer service brings me back and gives 4 stars instead of 3 for selection of woman’s shoes
