Worst Customer service I’ve ever had in sneaker store , no joke shoes were worn . Tried getting some AF1s and were creased and damaged . Pony Tail employee super rude with attitude. Would not recommend coming in here to anyone . Better off going off to another sneaker store in Mall.
This business which sells a very common product in shoes, exceeded all my expectations of service and merchandise. They are truly amazing. Conscientious employees and supervisor (s) were on top of their game. Thank you JD Sports! I'll be back.
I went into this store recently and have never had such a good experience!! Sebastian helped me find shoes for my son. He spent 1.5 hours helping us find the right shoe for my son!! His customer service was absolutely incredible. He never left us waiting and he went into the back multiple times!! I will definitely be going back to see Sebastian soon

The whole team is great but Dom the manager went above and beyond to help me find a birthday gift. He actually found a pair in back that was perfect for what I needed and spent time trying to figure out a good solution. I would recommend the store and staff for good service and selection of kicks.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the workers are very lazy and have terrible customer service. Their could be 6+ people on the sales floor and a empty store and they will still take 20+ mins to bring you shoes. Super unprofessional you’re better off going somewhere else.

I would give these people negative stars if I could. Ordered a pair of shoes a week ago, and they cancel my order for no reason. Now they tell me there's nothing THEY can do about it so i need to contact some else. Lol.. THEY will take your cash but THEY can't help you out when something goes wrong... Worst customer service I have ever experienced, trash..

I used to be a loyal customer and shop often at Finish Line, but after my last experience, I'll never shop here again and will advise everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. For Christmas I ordered a pair of Nikes as a gift for someone. The shoes arrived, but Finish Line sent two different pairs of shoes (one white and the other blue/red). I was frustrated since this was a gift for someone, but was assured that they would send a matching pair as soon as possible. I returned the mismatched pair, and submitted a new order and thought that was the end of that. Days later, I get an email stating that my order was cancelled and received no explanation. I called customer support and they said that they didn't have my size and cancelled the order. I paid using after-pay and they said they'd mail out a check, but did so only after I called them. I wasn't trying to get a check and wanted to order a pair of shoes. When I asked to speak to a manager, the customer service rep said they'd transfer me and instead hung up on me. Overall, shopping at Finish Line has been a horrible experience and a huge waste of time. I ordered shoes in November and have yet to receive shoes or my money back. Finish Line does not value their customers, so take you business elsewhere.
