My granddaughter needed a backpack and a water bottle. Alicia was super nice and professional love the experience.

The guy at the bike section deserves a raise. He found the right tire, put the tire in, and refilled and adjusted my bike faster than it took for me to walk the store. It's the smoothest ride I've hard on this thing.

This store is great, has a lot of everything, they price match my products and also let me exchange some, I was able to get ready for this summer!!!! Soccer season baby!

Well, because of my experience with Carson and finding plyo boxes that were hard to find anywhere else yesterday. I returned to the store today to buy something for myself because I tweaked my back. I chose to drive the extra 15 minutes to the store because of the customer service I received yesterday. When I arrived, I went up to the second floor, and I was immediately greeted by Carlos he helped me locate the exact item I was looking for in a matter of literal seconds. He was very cheerful, polite, and happy to help. Unfortunately, I am getting very used to , the younger generation being a little more apathetic and seeming not to care about customer service. The both these gentlemen have shocked me and I possibly having hope for their generation. I then went downstairs and was browsing seeing what else I could spend money on. And Aliciaand Kaylie came up at different points and asked if they could help me find anything and answered a few quick questions for me. Not to post two days in a row but I would highly recommend going to this Dick’s Sporting Goods in Belmar. I’m starting to believe that the hiring manager and training manager may have something to do with their teams, general attention and detail the customer service.

Love this place, great for quickly picking up whatever you need for camping, sports equipment, casual/workout clothes, shoes, and on and on. Although I have had challenges at certain stores (I’m looking at you Colorado Mills, with your “no Military discount policy”) and the discount varies (eg Belmar offers 10% while Park Meadows offers 20%), they DO offer a Military discount.

Placed an online order to pick up some hiking boots for curbside pickup. When I went to try them on, not only did they still have the security tag on them but they were definitely worn and returned. Went back to the store to see if they could offer a partial refund for the used product and while waiting for a manager another employee walked over to check out what I had brought back and said to his coworker “oh are those the 7s? I returned those yesterday.” Not cool. They knowingly sold used/returned product because “it was all we had in warehouse” the second employee said with a shrug. When the young male manager came over a few minutes later O felt like it was a burnden for him to come to the cashiers. I asked about a partial refund and he only said he could give me 10% back. Never an apology for either of the issues that brought be BACK to the location. Terrible customer service from him and terrible customer experience with the shoes not being checked before they were allowed to be resold.

Staff was very helpful and the store was super well organized and clean :)

The employees are certainly attentive. I had three different people ask me if I wanted help in under a minute. Prices are a bit much. $60.00 for a pair of sweat pants? No thanks.

I visited this location to look at running shoes. The shoe sales associate, Eiad, greeted me immediately. He took SO, SO MUCH time, attention and care with me! Completely went above and beyond. He had terrific advice, knowledge, and taste! I left this store with the best running shoes I’ve ever owned, and at an excellent price to boot! A THOUSAND thank yous to Eiad. I can’t remember a better customer service experience in my whole life.

Gabby in shoe department made buying a shoe that will work with my bad bad feet super easy and painless!
