Walmart Supercenter

Their automotive department customer service is a joke. Ordered some tires and they never arrived in the time given to me. No big deal but when asked received rally bad costumer service by their representative, like it was my fault that they didn't arrive in time. Please train your staff properly to deal with costumers better.

Placed an online order for a gas grill thinking it would be more convenient. I had to call the store 4 times, and kept getting bounced between departments. The curbside pickup line just rings and rings….

I never have any issues here except for when the person who is upfront checking receipts is working, name starts with a J - I'll leave it at that. Every single time he is there he is unbelievably rude. One time he told me to go dig through a trash can for a receipt for 2 potatoes and an ear of corn (I tossed the receipt at self checkout not even thinking about it). Luckily the girl at self checkout was nice as she had to literally walk me out of the store past him without a receipt. It never fails when I'm leaving and he is there I have to put up with him being unbelievably rude, even when you provide a receipt!! If this Walmart wasn't within walking distance I wouldn't go to it just to avoid this one particular person.

I tried a different location this time,but service is still just as bad. Not only don't they have a decent selection of items anymore (if they even carry it anymore)but after I checked out thru one of their cashier's I'm made to feel like I'm one step away from a pat down when leaving.Not only do they stand in front of you blocking your path you have to show your receipt and have them paw thru your purchases. I've worked hard my whole life for the money I have even though it's paycheck to paycheck.I used to shop here all the time but I've had it. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere and not be treated like a criminal.

Terrible customer service!! There were plenty of workers, yet no help? Waited up to 20 MINUTES of help, and the person never came back. We decided to leave ourselves. The atmosphere does not feel welcoming at all. A worker saw us, and decided to turn around and chat with a friend for 10 minutes while we needed help. We asked the front desk, she was not very warming at all. She was quick to end the conversation as if she didn’t like our presence. Don’t recommend this Walmart. Additionally, very dirty as well…

I went there to buy a charging cord for a phone. The electronics clerk said I had picked the wrong one. He got me the right one, and I thought I could exchange as I had already paid for it. We couldn't do that because the exchange/return computer had been out 18 hours or more. So I bought the right one, but I have to come back for a refund of the wrong one.

It's a walmart. The demographic must feel as if there's plenty of thieving by there mannerisms. Just my personal experiences here and I happen to go here often because it's right by my gym.

Surprisingly clean. Helpful associates. Shelves are fully stocked with a good variety of choices. Feel weird as if I am being watched. I don't shoplift, but I feel guilty putting items in my cart. Maybe they think I won't pay for my shopping. I love shopping at Walmart, I am not a criminal.

Tried to buy a keyboard and mouse when they open at 6am. Was told they don’t sell electronics until 7. Here I am at 7:10 am I’ve asked 3 employees for help to open the case so I may purchase the two items but they say they will page someone and walk off. Wonder how long I will have to wait in the electronics getting passed by every employee until I can buy a keyboard and mouse.

They were doing some remodeling and hard to find some things I needed. In fact, I didn't find them... I thought the small collapsible cooler was very overpriced, but I needed it
