DICK'S Sporting Goods

We used to shop here all the time when our kids were in sports so it’s been a while since the last time we were here. Disappointed to see the fishing department is now gone. Product quality and selection is also not as wide as it has been in the past. Checkout process was quite long as there were only 2 people working in checkout. Store was clean.

Staff is great but I haven't been able to spend a $200 gift card there all summer. I must have looked at 12 pairs of shoes, 3 different trips. "Sorry we don't have 10.5..."

The bicycle department here has the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I had ordered a bike online and was sent the wrong size (most likely a warehouse issue) and came here to exchange or return the bike. None of the men in bike department would speak to me directly instead they conversed with my male friend who had joined me. I called today to see if they had the correct size in stock and the man in the bike shop asked if their website said they had them. I called the store to see if the store had them not the website. He put me on hold and my call got dropped and sent back to a very pleasant woman who then placed me back on hold. I give up with this location.

We stopped to get some supplies. There were hundreds of kids in the store signingup forfootball, so it was hard to find anyone to help us. We were eventually able to find what we needed. Checkout was super fast. 👌🏻

Bill from the golf section was phenomenal! he is very knowledgeable and gave us some good information on where to get my dad golf lessons. he deserves a raise

I was having trouble finding an item and Bob helped me find it. He was great!

Nice store, good variety of sporting equipment and apparel. A little disappointed with the prices of Nuggets T-shirts. Low quality at a high price. A little price scalping from a retailer.

Bill in the golf department was the amazing. I went into to buy my husband a birthday gift and Bill was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! Thank you for your kindness and help!

Bob was extremely friendly and helpful! He was able to find a product that wasn’t the shelf for me!
