Discount Tire

Went in to have a flat tire looked at and left with a damaged pinch weld. I have been going to Discount Tires since I was a teen but this was my second time visiting this location. One month prior I visited and had a great experience which is why I came back to this location today. Admittedly, I normally bring in loose tires and wheels as I don't trust others lifting up my vehicles but this time I had no choice but to take the whole car in. I had a very slow leak in one of my tires from a small piece of wire that I was looking to get fixed. I knew the leak had caused the tire to run on low PSI resulting in extra wear to the shoulder so I wasn't too surprised that they declined to repair it. The issue I have is that they used a standard floor jack with a standard pad on it to jack up the one corner of my car on the pinch weld. This obviously damaged and bent the pinch weld where the edge of the jack pad lifted the vehicle. I'm a bit shocked that a company that lifts up dozens of cars daily does not know how to properly lift a car without damaging it. Now not only do I need to buy new tires because of the flat but now I have to pay out of my pocket to fix the damage to my car that Discount Tire caused. I will never come back to Discount Tire and if you care about getting your car back in the condition you left it with them I would find another tire shop if I were you.

Had a flat fixed last Christmas and bought 4 new tires today. Both experiences were very solid. Bought the tired online and scheduled the appointment when it worked, all was done well and fast. Juan is the best! We will be back for sure! Thank you

Excellent staff and service. Had a tire blow out the sidewall and they stepped up even though they were very busy. Good people.

Juan was amazing! He ordered my tire 🛞 the day before after the store had closed! Normally an issue like this takes 3-7 hours I was in and out it just over an hour! Juan is upper level management material! Also thank you to all the guys in the garage who changed the tire lightening fast! I continue to get phenomenal service whenever I go to discount tire locations! Our God is an awesome God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guy was nice new what he was doing. The air the tire free, nobody helped me and did not do that for me , it was to busy and they couldnt do that it for me.i needed my tire filled up I had to just leave couldnt wait forever!! Good place to go!!!! I recommend them!!!

Very disappointed that I drove over 2 hours to this location to have winter tires and new wheels put onto my vehicle (these were already waiting for me at the store). I arrived at 8:55am and had to wait 1 hour 10 minutes just for them to take my keys. After this I was told that the car will be ready around 3-4pm... Well after exploring the city, I arrived back at 3pm and noticed my car had not been serviced. So after sitting in the store waiting, it was finally 5pm when my vehicle was serviced and the tires were replaced in 20 minutes.... This morning when I went to look at my new tires, I got the amazing surprise of my tire being completely flat. With all these amazing reviews, I chose this location to be serviced and I am now 1000% disappointed. It will be very hard for me to ever return back to this location. The one thing I did enjoy is the ability to see when your vehicle will be serviced, however this is never updated as mine was completed 2 hours after the time showed to me and this was never updated... (Y'all should at least update this if cars aren't going to be finished on time) *Buyers beware of this location*

Went in for a BF Goodrich tire warranty due to tires that will not balance. Dante (sp) at the Kipling location helped me out with this. Got me in quickly for my appointment, showed me the tire runout issues as soon as they got the tires off, and then he got on the phone with BFG. He helped me get approval for all four tires to be replaced. I was out of there with approval for the new set in less than an hour, and they did it with the phone ringing off the hook and likely shorthanded, as most shops are now. Can't ask for much more

Made an appointment for a simple tire rotation multiple weeks out just to be told it would be a 2 hour wait once I got to the store. What is the point of making an appointment? Have been going to discount for a long time but will definitely be trying somewhere new.

The best team. Fast, quote upfront, professional, polite. I have only bought tires from Discount Tire for the last 35 years.

Good service. Bought new tires for 2 vehicles. Lug nuts were old on the car last company lost a couple originals you could tell. Discount Installed a new set and didn't even charge me for them. They rocked it!
