Discount Tire continues to do it right! I had a damaged tire and it was replaced free of charge. They recommended replacement of the other 3 tires and they gave me a great price. Their service is among the best in any industry. I worked with Jaymes and he was polite and professional. I will not trust my tire business to anyone else!! I'm a customer for life.

I’ve always bought tires from Discount. They offer their credit card with no interest for up to 18 months, which makes the big purchase way more manageable and worry free. Although the last time I had tires installed we had a few hiccups. They were very quick to solve the problem and were more than accommodating. Very professional staff. Huge selection of wheels and tires. Also, the warranty for tires is unmatched. It may be a little more expensive than your brothers best friends sisters husbands tire shop, but well worth it.

I got a leaky tire and I thought I’d give discount tire a try. They were pretty busy on the day. So I got an appointment the next day. Met a friendly staff member. He checked my tire and got me checked in right away. It took less than 45 mins for them to fix the tire and rotate the tires. And it was free. That could easily take 2+hours at a different place. Everything tire related is free except for tires and alignment. They sure got my attention. I was told they offer the best price on tires as well. I WILL buy tires from them.

Anyone who DOESN'T use Discount tire is making a mistake. I have been a customer since the late 70's, and have always been pleased with the products they carry and the professionalism of their employees, no matter what decade or store location! They obviously do an oustanding job training their people as I hear the same excellent customer service from all of them while waiting. We recently went in with a slow leak on a car that DIDN'T have Discount tires on, and they repaired it for free. They probably saw the many sets of tires we have purchased over the years. Pricing is competitive, but it's the customer service that sets them aside. It's well run operation.

We had a flat tire coming off the freeway, every other tire shop wanted us to leave our vehicle for the day; discount tire had us back on the road within an hour. Great service as well.

Walmart was lacking to say the least, I went in for a tire patch and they took almost 24 hours to do it when there was zero customers waiting. They then didn't call when it was done and closed 2 hours early so I had to go in the next day and get my tire, they wheeled it out like I was supposed to install it myself and looked at me like I was crazy when I asked them if they could install it. Reece and Joshua at Discount Tire were just fantastic. I called in a panic as I was supposed to already be in Nebraska for a wedding. They said it was no problem and I'll be in and out and on my way and sure enough, I was! These guys rock!

I am a member of Pilots for Christ in Wyoming. We keep a van at the Centennial Airport to transport passengers to the Children's Hospital. The van has an older/odd tire size. Andrew and Sean here got the tires ordered from their warehouse, here pretty quickly and bumped me up so I could make it back to the hospital in time to get our clients. They rock! Definitely come here to get your next set of tires!

I went in over the weekend to get my tires rotated and balanced. I was told one of them was really out of balance and would need kind of a lot of weight. When the girl working on it asked if I wanted to see, I said sure, so I went out and looked, and the first thing I noticed was that the existing wheel weights were not taken off. Now, I'm definitely not a mechanic, but I do know things about physics, so I asked about it, because I figured if those weights weren't placed correctly, it could be making things worse. She assured me that I'd need *more* weight if she took them off, so me being the non-confrontational person I am, I let it go. But I got home, googled and consulted people more knowledgeable than me, and as it turns out, removing existing wheel weights is the first thing you do, so now I'm driving around probably with more weight than I need, and I don't want to take more time out of my day to have it fixed.

I had a disappointing experience here. I brought my car in during the work day to have a leak repaired. They called me back after a couple hours to let me know they weren’t able to fix the tire. I assumed this must have been because it was in the sidewall or was too big, but it was in the center of the tread. I’ve posted an image below. Since the tire “wasn’t repairable”, they recommended replacing all four tires on the vehicle. I inspected it when I got home and saw their plug was still leaking, but was just a plug and not an internal patch. I was able to successfully remove their plug and repair it in <3 minutes. They didn’t charge but I would have happily paid for a professional repair, which is what I expected. Instead they tried to upsell me four new tires when what I have has plenty of life.
