Excellent service and customer satisfaction. cost more than expected but! lifetime warranty & Richard and Lori were great help & honest. would def return. and it was a Sunday w limited manpower.

I am so pleased with this Pep Boys! This is my 2nd experience with them, and they were able to fix my problems with a minimum of time and expense, and treated this old woman like a person who might actually know something! I have found over the years that I have been treated with respect every time by Pep Boys (while they still had their parts store also) which means as much to me as the incredible work and low cost ! Thanks to their team!

I live in Northern Colorado and had a tire losing pressure while traveling through Denver. Called them as they were within an hour of closing time and they repaired my tire quickly and effectively. No hassle and they saved my evening.

With staff at this location under staffed, it really appears to create low quality customer service. We paid $108 for our high mileage Toyota corolla oil change. That's just too pricey, will be doing it ourselves from here on out.

Scheduled an appointment, was in and out in a timely manner. Expected to buy a new tire, but they were able to repair my tire for less than $25. Polite and professional staff.

I’m not sure what the nice gentleman’s name was, but he went above and beyond. I had ordered the wrong size tire, he called a couple of different other stores in the area and found the right size. He had someone go get them while in waited. He did offer an Uber ride free of charge but he said it wouldn’t take long if I wanted to wait. I had just had oral surgery right before going to get my tires and just wanted my car and myself home. He said he may not be able to get it done until the next day, but within an hour and a half I had brand new tires all the way around and was headed home in my car. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Came in to get a tire patched, the lady in the customer service area told me no without taking a look at the tire. I asked if a tech would look at it she said “ I’m not going to pull out a tech to look at a tire” is the customer service lady now a tech to, if so she needs more training to at least be able to look at the problem before coming to a solution. It’s called problem-solving skill as a tech one should have. Nasty customer service lady.

The past two times I’ve gotten my oil changed, it has been at Pep Boys. This location today, and previously the location in Castle Rock. Both times, I made an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. Both times, I did not receive the latter service. I know this because all four of my tires are marked and remained in the same position both times. Today, during my most recent visit, I specifically requested full synthetic oil, as I always do and as is required for my car. However, the sticker in my windshield indicates that they used "high-mileage" oil instead. I am disappointed and frustrated with these experiences, as I trusted Pep Boys to provide the services that I paid for. It is unacceptable to falsely advertise services or use the wrong type of oil. I hope that Pep Boys takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to ensure that their customers receive what they’ve paid for.

I had a terrible experience with this tire shop's customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. They were dismissive and uninterested in helping me find the right tires for my car. When I asked questions about pricing and availability, I was met with curt, one-word answers. To make matters worse, when I finally decided to make a purchase, the staff member who helped me was rude and impatient. He seemed annoyed that I was taking too long to make a decision, and made no effort to explain the different options or help me make an informed choice. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at this tire shop. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and knowledgeable staff.
