I and my girlfriend have had terrible experience with this location and staff. Bill is the main engineer working on my vehicle and for consecutive weeks he continuously leads me on with false information as to when my vehicle will be ready for pickup.

Very friendly, professional, and quick service. The first time I went they quickly solved the issue of my sputtering car, and the second time they changed my serpentine belt same day. Highly recommend.

My daughter’s car had stopped working and we believed it was the transmission. Billy quickly found the problem promptly had the car repaired. We were very happy with the outcome.

Horrible experience! Brought car in for an appointment on Saturday. Said they could get it done Monday. No word left two voicemails Tuesday no response!! Finally talked to someone Wednesday after leaving another voicemail. Said they could get done by the end of the day...nope!! Then told they have the parts would be ready Thursday. No call! Then told when I came in they'd have it Friday morning. Terrible service!

Unfortunately Carvana sold me a really bad van, but thanks to these guys I'm able to drive my Van and not worry about it breaking down.They where awesome, it took a minute to get my van fixed but I know they where just working hard to get it done. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a real mechanic and no bs. The management and the mechanics there are awesome they were all Polite and helpful. Thanks guess your the best

I will never take my car anywhere else! Everyone was extremely helpful, extremely friendly and extremely efficient! My car was fixed properly and in a very timely manner. Bill, the Center Manger is absolutely wonderful! He explained everything to me, what they did, why they did it, what the cost would be and how long it would take. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my service. 10/10 would recommend!

Great work and customer relations! AAMCO Lakewood accurately determined that my car's clutch needed to be replaced. They gave me a good quote before doing the work and explained what had to be done. I brought the car back two days later after some price checking and research and they completed the work in a few hours. Bill showed me the parts that had been damaged and described in detail the size sleeve needed since this was a Subaru. Steve, the owner, even gave me a lift to and from my work to make the whole process as easy as possible.

These guys are awesome. Had a Pre-Purchase Inspection done. They were thorough, gave me a lot of their time, made helpful suggestions. They even made a small repair! The prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent. Never condescending, they treated me with respect and like a person who knows a bit about cars (what little I do know). They seem genuine and honest. They went above and beyond for me!
