Honestly I was surprised. They have a bunch of necessary travel services like International Drivers Licenses, and they can even take and print your photos for you for cheap. They sell a ton of random travel accessories like plug converters and bags for less than you will find at any airport or Walmart. Customer service was fast and the lady was helpful and nice!

Horrible experience!!! Tried to get my car towed on 2/1. I was tondi needed to be there that evening to meet the driver. I borrowed a friend’s car and drove 30 minutes to meet the driver at the schedule time. After waiting in the freezing cold for 20 minutes I called AAA only to find out that the driver was nowhere near there my car. I was told they would do a remote pick up instead and that I was able to go home. The dispatch woman told me my car would be picked up after one more car. The next morning my car was still sitting there. I called again. I was told yet again my car was the next in line. This happened to me several times. Finally after my car sat there for two days instead of getting work done by my mechanic, an arranged a tow with a different company. I have been trying to get my membership fee reimbursed for two weeks. I’ve been told over and over again that someone would be in touch with me ASAP. I still have not heard one word from AAA. How are you guys in business?!? This is absolute insanity. I had considered switching my car and my home insurance to AAA but instead I will let everybody know about my horrible experience with this company. Next up Better Business Bureau.

I have never used travel through AAA before and Ft Collins office was not willing to assist in providing guidance on travel. Definitely would not recommend.

Avoid AAA at all cost! They will lie and leave you stranded every time. 3rd attempt to use them today and they never showed after waiting over 5 hours.

We stopped by yesterday to pick up an international driving permit and a few other items. Neither of us paid much attention to the receipt until we got home and realized we had been overcharged for the photos (charged for 6 instead of 2). It was an honest mistake and my husband went back to talk to the salesperson this afternoon. She was so apologetic and ended up offering great customer service and of course credited us back the overcharged amount. I highly recommend using this AAA retail store.

I've booked towing services 3 times within the last few weeks and waited over 6 hours for the tow each time. One of those times I had to cancel because of how late it was getting. Thankfully I wasn't on the side of the road in these situations but knowing how long it takes is making me think twice about having AAA.

They sent me to collections for not adding another year, and when I called and left a message as to why, nobody has called me back. It's been 3 weeks so far.

They were there within an hour. Jumped my car said battery still good just had not driven in a couple of weeks, during cold spell!

Locked out of car.Gave us a 7pm time. Never showed. Called them at 830pm they said call a friend well reimburse you. Really? At 10:47 pm they left a message that they canceled the appt. Because they didn't hear from us. Still waiting. In the mountains at night. Next day we got a hammer. Pried the door open and unlocked it with a long piece of metal. Don't waste your money. They aren't coming.
