U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I would give a negative star review if I could. This location has made our whole moving experience a complete nightmare! I made our reservation over the weekend to have the truck on Monday. When my husband arrived the employee at the counter could not find our reservation at all even when shown our confirmation. It took nearly an hour to get set up with the truck. On top of that the employee proceeded to charge my husbands card for the wrong job because the person had the same last name. Our first names on the account were not even close to matching. Said he would refund it and then charged it for the right job. At that point only slightly inconvenienced and it happens. We assumed we would see the refund within the next business day or two. Nope. This charge over drafted my husbands account. His bank charges a fee each day that your account is negative. My husband has called multiple times to have someone higher up fix this issue for us but seems that they still don't have it together. Nearly a week later and we are over drafted $200 and the refund still isn't showing up at all. This is absolutely ridiculous! For people that live close to pay check to pay check this is a big deal! Absolute nightmare! We will never be using U-Haul again. This was the 3rd and final straw for this moving company.

I was just on the phone with them, getting pricing, after just waiting on hold for about 10 minutes, I got an answer to one question, then mid-sentence, I was asked to hold again and I hung up after another 4 minutes or so holding... Very unprofessional. Assist the customer you're with, then move on to the next. I will shop elsewhere.

Most uhauls that I've rented from take a ton of time and the people are dolts. The dealer here took less than five minutes and we were on the road. It is also a gas station, so filling up is extremely convenient. He has three trucks total, the one we used was clean and tidy. Will be using this dealer again this weekend for a move.

I had a positive experience going through the rental process at this U-Haul location. It was easy to rent an appropriate truck through their app and pick up from the store was easy. The staff was especially kind as well. I look forward to using their services again in the future.

I was double charged still haven't been refunded

Was quoted one hour install which was completed in 45-minutes but charged for two hours even though they said I would be charged for one hour. Very unethical location.

Charged me for fuel despite it being filled up exactly as it was picked up as. Luckily I'd taken a picture of the fuel and mileage on drop off. Crooks.

This is actually a U-haul and Gas Station. I was here for the gas. Always low fuel price.
