Showed up for a reservation only for the key lockbox to be empty. Called customer support and all they could do was send me out of my way to another location. What’s more is this added up to more miles driving and all they could say was “too bad”. Awesome.
I needed a cargo van, walked in with no booking and got one with the minimum of effort and not much wait. Since it's at a gas station with reasonable prices, refueling before return is particularly easy.

If I could rate them ZERO stars I would, I wanted to drop off a tow dolly at that location and was told to take it some where else! He didn't want it. (Some foreign speaking dude)Told to check my email for return location, what email?
Doesn't have trucks.
Poor communication skills. Owner on phone was rude. His name was Sanje. I cancelled my reservation and alerted Uhaul.
Don’t please. My bill went from 19 to 80. And they seam to be a u haul contractor that don’t know what the are doing.
Friendly, polite and the truck was ready instantly.
