Budget Truck Rental

I am trying to put together a cross country move. These guys were great to work with Beth did an amazing job and went above and beyond helping me save money and time. Definitely recommend them.

I removed my 5 star rating because of my latest experience! I will be posting a new comment as soon as corporate tells me if they are going to compensate me for my completely heinous experience that included having to slightly open my window, while driving for 11 hours on I-70 in freezing temperatures, because the previous renter smoked in the truck. Flicking ashes on the instrument panel and putting out the butts on the floor! The truck was not cleaned in any way inside or out! I have photos and the rest of the nightmare experience!

Expensive and rude customer service. Wasnt able to talk to local franchise. Online customer service agent quoted over 150 dollars for one day rental. Cut off online chat when I told him I was only wanting pricing to compare for my best options.

Our movers did not show up this morning and we were scrambling to find a truck to move ourselves. Great folks, very reasonably priced and very accommodating. Highly recommend

Tow dolly had no running lights, it got dark on my 5 hour move. No one will answer even emergency calls, when I asked why, I was told "no-one likes to work on weekends", I wouldn't recommend using them!

We have been renting trucks from Beth for 6 years great trucks and service. Best price in town.
