Made arrangements to pay later since the amount ended up being more than I expected. The desk worker was kind but it's clear management should lose their jobs. Nothing is managed, and according to these reviews a better business Bureau would have a heyday here. They force pulled my account without my current authorization, and now I can't pay my bills. Not to mention the van hadn't been cleaned before I used it, mud tracks were still inside.
A big mistake that I’m now paying dearly for. We were incredibly polite, despite the fact that this company caused damage to our vehicle. Every employee we spoke with was incredibly rude. Management didn’t follow up with us on a timely basis and showed absolutely no concern that we are currently without a vehicle after 10 days solely because of their incompetence,
This location was able to give me the price I was quoted over the phone after I came to pick up the trailer and the total was twice the quoted amount. Thank you so so much for giving me the correct price I was originally quoted when booking!!!!! I was hooked up and ready to go with no issues after solving the pricing issue :) thank you!!!!
We stopped in on the way to Cali, after already having 1 uhaul car hauler tire blow on us in Kansas, hubby asked them check another questionable tire on the new trailer we had to get in Kansas. David was SOOOOO helpful and agreed w my hubby that the tire wasn't gonna make the rest of trip safely. We got a new tire and on the road in 10 minutes! DAVID YOU ROCK!
Was over charged for our unit and called Lonnie to ask why and explain the charges. Apparently if you throw a water bottle in the trash you get a $15 trash fee and also they charged me a $45 late fee when I was supposed to be on auto pay. I asked if they could correct the charge and Lonnie was very rude and distasteful for a professional representative. I will be closing out my multiple storage units with them. There are better local storage units I will be moving too..if I were uhaul I would fired Lonnie immediately and hire someone with some people and basic life skills.
Lonnie Bloss is an rude and awful excuse for a manager. I know Uhaul isn't big on stellar customer service but I still cannot believe that they haven't fired this guy!
Larry P. Is insufferable. He is rude to his other employees and to customers. He made us extremely uncomfortable by yelling at his female coworker while we were there. Would never want to work with him again. Ill drive farther next time just for decent customer service.
Charged double the quote. Avoid this location at all cost. Ive been ti so many uhaul locations in my moving career. This is highway robbery. Should be shut down.
Do NOT frequent this place. Terrible customer service! I brought my Subaru Outback in to get a trailer hitch installed but it ended up clanking against my exhaust pipe. When I talked to them about it a day later, they told me I would have to install some additional insulation around the hitch to prevent the clanking. And then they admitted that this is a problem with Subaru's. So they knew it was a problem and did not bother to inform me. The insulation solution was not acceptable because they did not do that kind of work and I would have had to take it to a Subaru dealer which meant additional cost and time. I then asked U-Haul to remove the hitch but then they refused to refund the labor cost for an installation which they knew from the beginning was a problem. What a scam! They basically told me I was out of luck rather than trying to provide reasonable customer service.
The staff is Horrible, rude, makes me uncomfortable. The whole staff is unorganized. The managers are 10x worse. Don’t support this location. Take your money else where.
