Marisa or whatever her name was is extremely rude and wasn’t of much help. These stores need to hire people with some manners and skills.
Good selection of games and he helpful staff.
This place is highway robbery. Any excuse to give you less money on perfectly good working trade ins. What a joke.
GameStop, you sly little treasure chest of joy! Walking into your store is like entering Narnia, but with more pixels and fewer talking animals. Your selection of games is so vast, I wouldn't be surprised if you had a secret portal to the future where you grab games before they're even released. Your staff? Well, they're basically gaming therapists, helping me navigate life's toughest questions like, 'Should I choose the wizard or the warrior?' And let's not forget the pre-owned games – it's like adopting a digital pet with a whole backstory. GameStop, you've got my joystick of approval spinning faster than Sonic on a caffeine rush!" 🎮🕹️🚀
I would give it zero stars if I could I call to ask a quick question and then was on hold for 20 minutes when I came in there was a staff member just standing there doing nothing so I asked for the manager and turns out she was the one that put me on hold I asked her if she thought that was okay and then she blamed it on me and didn’t ask what I needed or nothing they were rude the whole time
I Purchased a new mario party 8 R/C race car at this location. Once opened, we found it was defective out the box. It was for my daughter’s 9th birthday. When returning 4 days later with receipt to exchange. I was told it is GameStop’s policy not to return open box items. After reading both the receipt, and store policy I found it does not mention new defective items, and fought with store manager. I had her read the policy back, and show me where it says new defective items, she couldn’t!! Finally, after calling to other stores, they allowed me to exchange after putting up a big fight in the store. Don’t let these manager push you around! They do not even know, and under stand their own company policies in place, and have been turning away customers for years most likely. That’s theft in my book! This is probably a big lawsuit waiting to happen. Don’t let them steal from you. I paid good money, for a good product, not defective. There is no way of finding out your purchase is defective until you literally open the package. Don’t be fooled, and don’t purchase from a company that won’t return items. Go to Walmart, or Best Buy. I was an employee at GameStop, left on good terms, was a loyal customer, but now I will never go to GameStop when I can easily make my return at Walmart for the same price. # lost a customer for life, and future kid presents.
Lovely, helpful, and kind humans working here.
What a great shop with an Amazing crew! They were so great explaining to my 10 yo & myself what happened on our Xbox account & the best way to use our funds. It was his 10th birthday & he wanted to be mature and handle his transaction - they truly impressed me how they handled it & taught him. Thank you!🎉🎊
Pretty good the staff was nice but they didn't have what I was looking for but another game stop did
I bought a 360 from them in April of 2016. I paid for what I was told was a three year warranty. My 360 acts up today so I called and spoke to Mike s. He was dismissive and rude. I was then informed that the girl lied to me about the warranty length. It's only for two years and since I just passed that they won't do a thing. This place is a joke. When I asked around before buying the 360 I was told to avoid them. I should have listened. After speaking with corporate I've come to the conclusion that this company is terrible and just looking to rip people off. I will be taking all my business and recommendations to Games Ahoy.
