Service employee today told me if I needed anything to ask him and proceeded to work even when I needed help . Stores a dump and prices are already high as is . Wish I could've gotten help or at very best a good discount . Won't ever shop here again !(:

This Gamestop could use a couple people with a bit more knowledge on versions of the game one buys. Had a lady ring me up for a "complete version" of Streets of Rage 4 for Switch, and I asked for assurance that the cart matched what I was buying. Without hesitation she just affirms everything and dismisses my inquiry. I'm a goblin, I like to make sure I am getting what I pay for. Regretfully she was entirely wrong, selling me the wrong game entirely. I had to march all the way back there to right this wrong. Fortunately, the gentlemen there made swift moves to get me my money back. Sadly, I planned on buying something else, but they are also guilty of having pretty light options.

The guy working yesterday, primo dude. We ordered something online and went to pick it up but they actually didn't have it in stock. Not his fault. He took the time to figure out how to refund me back even. 🤘
