Selection can be a little bland, but you find some goodies once in a while in the used section. The employees are always happy to answer my questions about what's in stock, what's being reprinted, and what's going on in gaming. I wouldn't necessarily trust them over the phone however, I've made a long drive for nothing on one occasion.

The sales people know what their doing, and even when understaffed, they take care of each patron with respect, attention, professionalism. Very good staff!

Gamestops getting gready, use to be able to use military discount on everything sold. Now they don't offer it on new consoles. This is why people shop online.

The store is great for merch from many games and some good collectibles.

They have a huge variety of things gaming related. Figures and clothes too. One stop shop for grandma's buying Christmas gifts.

Employees are always super helpful and quite knowledgeable. I enjoy just browsing the games and tshirts. Maybe I'll purchase again once PS5s are readily available without bundles :)

Great customer service! The employees were incredibly friendly, but never came across as push. Not only were they able to help me with my questions, but they were just as civil, energetic, and friendly with every one in the store, even their fellow associates. The store was clean, well organized, and fully stocked. I was very impressed.

Always helpful, never pushy about sales, renewals, paid protection plans, or pre-orders, usually just a polite recommendation or question. Older games are near the Xbox games on a standalone shelf, always worth a look there. Good wii u finds sometimes.

The guys at this GameStop are very helpful and friendly. They've been there a long time and can help you find what you're looking for. They've been extremely patient and worked with me while I tried to find a game that would work for my special needs sibling.
