Stopped in today to sell our Switch. Friendly, fast and efficient!

Order an in store pick up, but never got the notification for pick up. Apparently they shipped it to themselves instead of me getting it in store. When I tried asking for a refund they said I needed to wait till they had the games in return. So they had the games, then they shipped it to themselves, and when they got the order the store refused the packaged. Now I have to wait for the refuse package to go back to them to get my money back. Completely wast of time where I could have just gotten the order in store like how I asked for it.

GameStop gets special promotional Pokémon cards for releases, which is super exciting! What isn’t super exciting is when the manager prevents an employee from giving you one (due to it being a day before release, which is fine) just for them to have ZERO for the actual day of release. Keep in mind, also, I went into the store right after they opened on day of release. Which, if you haven’t guessed already, means they were giving them out to others that asked beforehand. This may seem super trivial, but this manager’s decision to prevent an employee from doing something so trivial in the first place just rubs me the wrong way. I love the other employees in the store, but clearly they only feel comfortable giving great customer service when he isn’t around.

Employees are always breathing down your throat. Can’t even shop around in peace.

The new staff is super friendly and helpful, I think the store improved so much the past few months! Love the people working there :).

i went with my daughter, we were the only people in the store besides the 2 employees. the vibe was very awkward and uncomfortable as we were looking for a certain game and a couple gifts... the 2 employees literally stalked and followed us throughout the small sqft of the store. it was literally so uncomfortable I couldn't wait to just leave. I actually wish we didn't purchase a single item because of the employees behavior but my daughter spent almost $100. I don't understand why they acted like that to us, but I'll never return to that store again. ✌🏻
