"Nice place good prices, very good service"
"Small location but offers a lot of products that Best Buy has."
"They screwed up the installation but then gave us a gift card for $200."
Best Buy has a good sales team and wonderful geek squad. I prefer to buy here because of their good and friendly support. We like to buy electric appliances and computer hardware through them. Their support is very valuable.
I like to shop in stores because I like for people to have jobs. I’ve tried multiple times but this stores customer service is no good. They would prefer you not inconvenience them. It’s worth the drive out to Longmont.
This is worst Geek Squad place I had ever visited. My went there with an appointment. But apparently, I was not welcomed. The staff who help me checking in was giving hardship and very rude when we were talking. In general, I prefer Geek Squad better than Apple store due to the long waiting time in Apple store. It works fine in other states, but not in Boulder. You can not depend on them, they are not interested in helping you. If you really need to go Best Buy, I would suggest you go a better and a bigger store where you might get normal experience.
In general over the last year Best buy sales have become lackluster at best. Their product selection has also degreased dramatically and the overall quality of their products has also decreased. There store organization is also confusing at best and labyrinth like at it's worst. The credit cards what used to be a useful tool for affording things that you may not be able to purchase at that time have now become more predatory with absurd interest rates and fees.
Looking for great deals on TV'S and we found them. Picked up a few miscellaneous items too. Customer service was very good, and attentive, but not pushy.

The initial guy I talked to didn't know what a psu (power supply) was, even though he was working in the computer department. He was able to help me locate one after I gave a painfully detailed explanation of what I was looking for. After he showed me power cords. Laptop purchase went really well, no fuss.
Trying to get me to sign up for the card every time I come in. Then, when I finally do, it takes half an hour to get through the glitchy application only to be denied at the last minute. They should let you know up front that you have to be accepted to get the deal or better yet gove it to you regardless. I already had another hard hit this month and am annoyed to get another for nothing. Also wasted a half hour of my time. Ps. I have good credit but had just had a hard check so my score was down. I let the associate know about that before in case it would be an issue. Seems like they get pushed hard to sell this deal.
Small location but offers a lot of products that Best Buy has. I went in to get a cell phone and I got all of my questions answered and the person at the desk (Kevin) was patient and helpful. Best Buy also offers a lot of benefits to their employees and I feel this store helps the community around here. If you're looking for something, consider getting it here instead of online. Edit: I've come here over the years and received much better experience than other stores. Yesterday I came in to check out a monitor. They had it on display, talked to me about it, and made the purchase easy.

We had several people ask if they could help us. It's been a long time since I felt this high level of customer service and attention in The US.
Lots of people around to help, and several polite "any questions?", but no pressure. LOVE that they take electronics for recycling, mostly at no cost. Great selection (almost overwhelming) of popular stuff - TVs, laptops, etc.; and a reasonable selection of other stuff. Guy at the door could have been a bit friendlier, but everyone else was great.
