The Vitamin Shoppe

About 6 weeks ago I walked into the store with a vague idea what I was looking for. I was approached by an extremely professional and kind employee named Quen.He helped me Narrow down what I was looking for and help me pick out a really high quality product that has since changed the life of my entire family.. I've been a registered nurse for 16 years and the knowledge that he had was impressive. Thing. Thank you so much even though like I told you in the store I don't know how I get everything for helping my family in the way If you did. You are seriously appreciated. Jason

It's a breath of fresh air when you go to a place like this and are able to be properly guided by the people working there. Its the worst when you're at a GNC or Vitamin place and you can't get an actual answer for "Which magnesium absorbs best". Even when you see your doctor they'll tend to be vague and general about what medicine or supplements work best, but at least they'll have the knowledge. It's seldom to find experts at a place that requires experts. I always get my questions answered and leave with more knowledge. Quinn and Jarvis are both exceptional and extremely knowledgable and I'm grateful to be able to go into the store and get my questions answered and not feel like I'm gonna just get a "Uhh, well it varies from person to person". This Vitamin Shoppe is where it's at.

Great store. But needs to update hours. Came at 7:05pm on Feb 27 which is a Saturday and the doors were locked and was told that they were closed but on here it says that they close at 8:00pm. Please update. Thank you.

I'm all about good customer service, and unfortunately did not receive any at this store. First and last time I'll be going here, the 2 associates in the store when I picked up my online order, need some customer service training. Not knowledgeable about the products they sell or helpful.

Great selection, especially the large size containers of vitamins, minerals, etc., with decent prices also. Very efficient and attentive staff.

I felt a little like the staff was sarcastic with me, which wasn't great. But the lady that helped me was knowledgeable about what they had. I wanted a multivitamin that's gluten free and she showed me about 4 or 5 of them. She suggested one cause it was on sale, which is nice cause I was looking for something on sale.

Standard vitamin shoppe in terms of products and layout. The two employees were kind of jerks though which was odd considering I was very polite and I was in and out in like 5 min. Pretty weak if you ask me.
