I can't go inside and talk to a teller because I have a mobile banking account and this ATM check deposit has has been broken for 2 weeks. Get it fixed guys! I can't send my family any money. Thanks bank of America!
This is the 4th time! The 4th time that I have tried to access this machine and the door lock has malfunctioned!! It won't open, and management obviously doesn't care! I've complained numerous times to the only branch in town and it's still not fixed! Extremely Dissatisfied!!!
Tried to get in, but the door was locked and didn't open after I inserted the bank card into the reader. Just after me, another person tried to get in, without success either.
As of March 2017, the check deposit is working again. They fixed it some time in the last month, I think.
