This store is not even near me, but they had my part. I wanted it that day. I ended up not using the part. I took my part back because it was not used. today when I was waiting in line for my turn, I waited about 5 to 10 minutes. They were multiple people about four employees doing other stuff and there was only one register being used to help people. A person gets behind me in line as soon as he gets in, he gets helped being behind me in line. So I keep staring at all the employees like really so one ends up dropping what they were doing minutes after that happens to help me. I seriously don’t think I will return to that store. I’d rather just end up having it shipped to my Closer store.

My experience was good the level of attention paid to the customer was excellent. The level of helping your fellow employee and taking accountability is in the tank. Went for a relay got a new hire I believe he had to ask the guy on the counter beside him for help give times to help him locate this because he didn't know the sequence on the shelves. He pointed him down the aisle the kid was gone was gone a little while cam back and said it shows two but there aren't any, didn't want to admit he still didn't make it to there

So I came in to this location on my way home from work looking to get some motor oil, as I was grabbing the oil I seen a BIG CLEAR sign stating 2for10 ANY RainX windshield washer fluid. So I grabbed them as that was a good deal, then I proceed to checkout pay my bill and leave. As I'm leaving I read my receipt and see that I didn't receive the 2for10 deal on the ANY RainX windshield washer fluid. I go back in politely telling the cashier what happened then she states oh these aren't on sale when there sign CLEARLY says otherwise. She calls the manager over and he says the same so I walk him over to show him the Sign and after I showed him and he CLEARLY sees it says Exactly what I said 2for10 Of ANY RainX windshield washer fluid. He proceeded to try and read the fine print and behind the sign and even went underneath the rack somewhere to find something that contradicted what I said or the sign said. Now that was Ridiculous and very unprofessional of a manager to do what he did by looking around as he did to try an prove his sign they posted wrong, he did make it right but however had an attitude as he did it regardless if it was .50 cents or 3.91 difference correct the situation professionally. It shouldn't have taken 10mins to try and find something that read differently, just correct the issue the customer is supposed to Always be right as in the case I was and so was the sign that the Staff placed out there being unaware of what it clearly states on it. Put signs up for deals you have to go by your signs or don't put any deals up at all Period.

Hung up on me multiple times, asked for 3 different parts that online said were in stock and said that none were in stock. Called at 11:55pm on 2/20
