To all the small food truck businesses that want a place to park up. Do not post up here, I agreed with the manager Manny to be able to post up here with only the condition to give them a 25% discount. We for filled with our agreement, but one lady went up to order and i didn't see that she worked there nor did she let me know. Next thing you know the manager manny comes out angry and tells us rudely that we need to keep up our end of the agreement if not to leave. I did my best to talk to him calmly to deescalate the situation. But he wouldn't even let me talk. The lady went a second time and i offered to give the money back as-well. Either way just giving you guys a heads up. The employees were all great and talked with good manners, the manager needs to work on his.

Manny the manager has no respect for people but still wants to be treated with respect. Went in to have a conversation about an issue we had since we had an agreement but he doesn’t let no one speak and all he says is no. Wish he knew how to act like a grown man but that’s too much to ask for. Taking my business elsewhere.

I was there about a month ago but I cannot stop thinking about this horrible experience so I have to share it. I was there around 7 PM on a Thursday and these two teenage boys who seem to be fresh out of high school, we’re just talking to each other as if I wasn’t the only customer that just walked in. They kept using the N-word and neither of them were African-American. One of them finally looked at me & said “what’s up?” I told them I needed to get my “check engine” light checked and one of the boys literally said “Not it!” The other guy just started laughing and walked out with me to check my car. I had to ask him what the diagnosis was because all he told me was “ok its done” It was the most uncomfortable I have ever felt in a business ever. They are lucky I was in a rush to get home and too tired to confront them. I rather drive further and spend more gas than to go to this store again.
I only have one problem since I bought it in this place for a long time. It was a radiator I bought here problems where it is plastic, it broke where the unions are. If everything is fine, the warranty replaced it. 6-7 months ago, the same thing happened to me again, now the same as the first time. But they say that it no longer has a guarantee because it has been claimed once the damage was the same where was the first time damage from the factory. They tell me it no longer covers it.. but we have another one in stock.. and I tell him why I should buy another one here if they come out defective and he said that's what I have lol lol lol lol "moraleja! If your auto part comes out defective, be careful, don't buy anymore but there look for another place
I needed to replace one of my wipers badly and this place was the first one on my way, so I stopped by. They only had one choice for my car and it was quite pricey (more than other places) but I needed it so I went ahead and bought it. Even though a poster outside the store says that they will install wipers for free, they didn't offer to do it for me. In fact, nobody offered help (or greeted) when I came in to look for the wipers. I even came back in again because I forgot that I also needed tire valve caps. Same thing, no greet or offer of help, so I had to ask. Not sure I'll be coming back.. at least not to this specific location.
The staff at O'Reilly's was very helpful just jumped right in and help me try to find the parts I needed right away to get me in and get the right part right now they had mostly everything I needed except for love studs for my 95 Explorer however I would recommend this place to anyone
Needed a longer belt and the clerk was good enough to bring out three sizes and I got the right one. Thanks
Nice spot, had what I needed and the service was good
