Manuel was awesome! I had to wait on the phone for longer than I wanted, and planned to mention my distaste.. but then.. But then Manuel came to the phone and showed me why he was so busy. He is knowledgeable of his craft and fully attentive, considerate, respectful and polite. 100% perfect customer satisfaction was my experience with this gentleman at the this store!

Very good location for vehicle car and truck parts, I mainly deal with the commercial side of the business. But highly recommend it for all your vehicle needs. Everyone seems to be very helpful.

Incompetent employees- purchased brake pads at different location and needed to come here for the correct ones because they are not in stock at the first store. Lady that answered the phone was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. Update- AJ was a huge help! Swapped the brake pads for the correct ones with no issue, and gave me warranty information (other store didn鈥檛 do anything but take my money and give receipt). He provided the complete opposite experience than what I was expecting given the conversation I previously had before I drove over. Due to him, I have updated my rating from 1 star to 4!

I usually like this autozone it鈥檚 closest to me, but I had some late night battery issues and needed to check my battery. I struggled to get my battery out of my car because it was raining, and once I got it out to bring it inside I was welcomed with a paper sign that said they were closed at 9 when it says online they close at 10 now I鈥檓 risking my battery might die tomorrow when I wake up to go to work.

My car battery was not wanting to start in todays below freezing weather. I needed more CCA. Ordered/purchased the new battery online and it was ready within minutes of the store opening. A super cool employee stood out in the bitter cold to install the new battery! It was less than 30 minutes from purchase to install! Additionally my older vehicle keeps needing parts every month 馃槀 these guys always have my parts in stock! 5 star ROCKSTARS!!

I walked into the store and was very frustrated because I had visited a different auto parts store and they couldn't help me find the part I needed. The store was busy when I walked in but as soon as I arrived to the counter I was greeted by Mr. Banks. He was so respectful, energetic and willing to help. He quickly resolved my issue and even went so far as to teach me something new. Hes an asset to this company. I 1000% recommend this store because of Mr. Banks.
