Summary

"Great prices, great service, knowledgeable counter people."

"Good people and good stuff for cars and trucks."

"Rosa was unprofessional at the front desk & was extremely rude."

This store is great for all of the odd parts one may need for an older vehicle. It seems they're usually a bit more expensive, but it is a "you get what you pay for" industry. The competitors were unable to procure an O2 sensor and anything other than the defective Duralast fuel filter for my Bronco II. These guys had both in stock and ready to go! Appreciate the businesses that are willing to create a little space for the parts less likely to be sold. Thanks NAPA.

Rosa was unprofessional at the front desk & was extremely rude. I have been coming to this Napa for over 5 years & have never been treated so disrespectfully. I was checking out when I asked about an online promotion. Rosa said I couldn’t use that promotion. Rosa did not politely ask me to move or leave she just invited the next person in line up. The other customers were uncomfortable stating they wanted to wait for me to finish. So I left to spend my money somewhere professional. It was Very unprofessional. I Will no longer be shopping at this nappa I recommend you do the same, this store does not label pricing on their inventory leaving you to guesswork as well.

While I love Napa This location is not your typical Napa experience. The experienced staff is pushy. They are just trying to get you out the door, not help you in the best way possible. A very different attitude than I have experienced at any other Napa store I have visited. Shop with caution.

Employees still needed training but the lead on site was patient and able to train as well as conduct business without causing any delays.

Online system is a decade behind most other stores. They will say in stock yet tell you 2 hours for arrival from warehouse and then 4 hours later NOTHING. Horrible customer service as well, they just tell you to talk to store. Absolutely horrible. Better off paying a little more from others and not having to wait LONG after provided time

Josue was extremely patient and insightful. He listened and laid out my options and best course of action. He troubleshot my issue as if it were his own. The store even sent out a tech (I was broken down nearby) with a portable starter. At the end of the day, Josue was even able to point me to a nearby shop that took care of me same-day. Thank you

If it wasn't for the hard work Rosa puts into making sure I got everything for my items that I've ordered, the place would be a nightmare. 5+ stars all thanks to Rosa!

I'm am really disappointed in the all around rudeness I have always loved napa they might be a little more pricey but I don't mind they given me the right part and have people who know what they are doing well until today rude unprofessional and down right ignorance they put me on hold twice we're talking about people and forgot I was on hold I called back was stopped short or being told who cares we're busy well rude part puller I'm sorry but this store is not what I come to respect about napa guess AutoZone it is

Stopped in here during a blizzard to buy some pretty expensive heater fuses for our Freightliner. But after putting them in and it still not working, we decided that we might need to replace the blower motor too. Ran back inside and asked if they had one and asked where the restroom was. The ride woman behind the register insisted they didn't sell any Freightliner parts nor did they have a restroom. On my way out, I noticed a sign on the front door saying "no public restroom"... It seems that they don't differentiate their customer's from the general public here and because of that I'll be shopping elsewhere for any parts that I may need in the future.
