I love coming to this store! As a woman, I’m usually nervous but Josue and Aldo make me feel really comfortable. They always answer my questions and they genuinely care for their customers.
Usually have a nice experience at this location, but in my most recent visit I was repeatedly misgendered by the customer service rep. Some training on pronouns and how to address people of varying gender identities might go a long way into ensuring everyone feels welcome in your store.
These guy's tonight were amazing! My mechanic is at a truck break down at 270 and Vasquez. He needs front wheel bearings, seals, and grease for the fix. I order online and find half the parts (bearings and cap) in stock at 800 W 84th, the seals and grease at 950 E 88th. I'm on it! At 84th I get one bearing and cap, but the other bearing is AWOL. JC jumps into action, computer says two other locations, one is 88th, he calls, Brian puts his eyes on it, JC does the transfer, and I'm on my way! At 88th Brian sees me enter and calls me over, checks the paperwork and hands me the parts, I'm on my way! These Guy's are Running on all Eight and Fast n Smooth as a NASCAR Pit Crew!

I’ve been to this location 4 times and every single trip I’ve made they have been unable to provide proper service. Won’t do any sort of return or exchange if you’ve bought parts from another Advance Auto location. Horrible customer service. Instead of talking professionally every single employee talks ghetto like nah mean. They don’t have any knowledge about vehicles or there position at work. Hired bodies is what it is. Don’t shop here go to O Riley’s.
I can overlook the fact they gave me the wrong light bulb twice in the same day, they were knowledgeable in all other facits and i paid about $75 LESS than i anticipated for motor oil, wiper blades, oil filter. I'll definitely go back.

amazing customer service and caring employees. we blew a tire on our horse trailer and were stranded on the side of i-25. they had a jack at the front of the store waiting for us and helped us pick the right one. 100% recommend this store.

A couple days ago I went in to drop a UPS return, the rep was extremely helpful, friendly and made sure I got an emailed receipt. Today I went in for brake fluid. I got a great deal!! Joe, the store manager, was very helpful and friendly and able to answer all my questions. Great service here, my go to for auto needs!!!
I went in to get my windshield wipers replaced and the GM Joe was polite and helped me with everything, he was really nice and respectful. His coworker thought he was a comedian, I’m not bothered. Gave it right back to him. Joe made the experience a good one. :)
Andy helped us out. I came in for a steering wheel lock bar, he showed me all my options and even explained how they work and which one would be the better option for theft. He also helped me replace my windshield wipers that were damaged. Very helpful and polite. Even put the windshield wiper on my vehicle for me.
