I’ve been to this location multiple times and I can’t say enough about the quality of service they provide. Vince , being the captain of the crew has a team of assets in TY ,Justin , Sergio just to name a few and I apologize that I can’t name everyone. One things for sure is that I trust this location, so much that I was able to send my wife here for a battery charge and she had no problem. Thank you all for your advice, professionalism and great customer service.

I was laughed at by some stoned kid with a SCOTTY shirt. Will not come to this store again. And tell everyone not to come here. Thanks for not helping at all.

They can run their OBD scanner to give you the codes that it reads from your vehicle for free. But they can't clear any codes. The customer service was knowledgeable and friendly.

Vance from store 08443 went BEYOND excellent customer service!! He didn't take advantage of me, a woman, being in distress over my radiator fluid leak. He actually helped me. I will visit him EVERY time I need auto repair advise and assistance. THANK YOU Vance ✌️

Great Customer Service! I went in right before closing and Jason took his time to go out and check my oil as I wasnt exactly sure how to. He explained to me how and than went in and explained the different types of oil than and got me the best deal. Thank you Jason for being so knowledgeable and patient. You probably saved my motor and definitely deserve to be acknowledge.

Vince is awesome, super helpful very knowledgeable. Samuel is helpful and pleasant. I forget the other young gentleman's name, however he has blonde hair and he is also very nice and efficient which is helpful. However, if Nicki answers the phone, or helps you at the counter ask to speak to someone else. This is just to save you the time and headache. She is not helpful at all. She tries, but barely, and either way its never good enough to yield results. If it does its never the correct results. I don't blame her for anything other than her lack of effort. She acts as though her job is impossible to learn. If she tried a little more it might be easier.
