I returned WRONG parts twice & STILL got WRONG AGAIN!!! Took parts to shop for install, SHOP removed old parts for install & HAD to put old parts back on because WRONG AGAIN!! I was charged 120$ in labor STILL!! THIS LOCATION REFUSED to work with me on reimbursement!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO NAPA AGAIN!!! UPDATE: Owner/Manager hooked me up w discounts & gift card.. I am pleased..

Just forget about getting the parts same day. Ordering online or in person it doesn't matter. They lose your order and never call when things show up. I made an online order it said "In Stock Pick Up In 30 Minutes!" And it took over 24 hours to arrive. Then I talked to three different people about ordering parts and it was supposed to be there by 5pm, no call, show up they say they don't even have my name or anything in the system. Make a new order they same tomorrow morning. No call. Doesn't arrive until 1:30pm. Go to pick up they say "we don't have your name or anything" I tell him he was the first person I talked to 24 hours ago he says "oh I found it" and goes upstairs because my order was put in general inventory! Just order on Amazon or something. This has been a downward spiral from NAPA since 2020

I looked at a brake and rotor kit online for my 2002 Honda CR-V. The price online was a great price, but when I went to the store that day, it had somehow drastically changed to be $50 more! Fortunately the manager, Brandon, completely understood the situation and without question immediately adjusted it to reflect the price I saw online. And Preston, the associate who retrieved my kits and processed my payment, was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you so much, Brandon and Preston, I immensely appreciate it!!

Napa over any of their competitors hands down- the only other place I go is to the dealership. Why- because NAPA parts are reliable- and last long- the staff is knowledgeable and WILLING to help! Jessica manages this store and she is awesome- she can help you with anything.
