Just went in today to return what Christian Brothers Automotive deemed a faulty battery. They tested it and everything seemed fine but they ended up letting me exchange it and pay the difference for a higher quality battery with no resistance at all. I met three gentleman who each took time to help me out, one of them being Phillip who showed understanding and compassion towards my problem. I would definitely recommend taking your business here as they are very willing to help. 10 out of 10 customer service!

This is absolutely my go-to place for parts. The staff is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Great place to go if you want to work on your own car

Apparently advance has chosen to not follow the guidelines of customer service!! And one employee actually had his lunch or whatever on counter top while with a customer! Soda can and all.

These guys are the nicest. They are chill and helpful, but don't try to upsell things you don't need. They have helped test my battery two time, free of charge and happily. No attempts to sell me a new battery. Not to mention their helpful directions when you need a part.

I asked the lady to helps me to refill the anti-freeze and water liquid for sprinkler at my car. My car hood cant hold up itself so i had to hold it while she filled it up. She did great job!馃槉馃憤馃徎she's very nice. Thank you for help!

Great service. Josh is absolutely first class. Because of his automotive experience & professionalism, he was able to quickly understand my problem, and guide me toward the right battery for the car. He then went outside with me and removed my old dead battery, and installed my new one for me鈥攊n less than 10 minutes. I鈥檝e seen Nascar pit crews move slower. I can鈥檛 thank you enough Josh, you really saved the day!

Evan killed it. He helped us check our battery, and replace it, as well as wipers, all the while being personable and juggling an insane 5:30 rush in the bitter cold. Second shoutout goes to Advanced Auto Parts for giving their employees such long lunches! Sorry your buddy wasn鈥檛 there to back you up, but you held it down nonetheless. Thanks a million!

Found what I needed quick enough. However the employees at the counter seemed inconvenienced to check me out. I needed replacement license plate screws so after purchasing them I was putting them on my car and an employee asked if I needed help. May have been him doing his job and being nice, but screwing in bolts is a simple task and I didn鈥檛 quite appreciate the assumption that I needed help with it.
