Cade was so helpful. I brought in a part we assumed was the issue on my vehicle. He helped find what I needed and I was out the door in less than 5 mins. I appreciate, quick and efficient service. Especially because I had my 3 year old and 5 year old there “helping” me 😜

Every time I come in this store everyone is helpful. They always offer to help me install if its something like windshield wipers or show or explain to me what I need to do if its something they can't help me with. Always a pleasant experience coming in here.

Cade was extremely helpful to us today when my son and I came in to buy new wipers. He was friendly and professional and went above and beyond to help us. These kinds of stores can be intimidating but working with him made us feel comfortable asking questions. Great experience!

Beware that the price of items on their store website may not reflect what you may be charged in-store. The clerk admitted to me that prices online are generally up to 15% lower than what is charged in their store AND if you are not aware, like I was, you will get charged the higher price when you go to shop in their store. If you see an item online, print it out and take your printout into the store to make sure you are getting the lowest price possible. I've shopped at this store quite a bit and generally, the folks there are quite nice, but not recently once I caught the difference in pricing.

Not a good visit. Out of not one, not two, but three separate employees nobody was wearing a mask, despite the number of 50+ elderly customers. Asked for help with getting two car batteries out of my car and was dismissively told to get them myself with a wave toward a dirty hand cart. Asked about dumping oil and they - again - told me to do it myself - which is a shockingly stupid thing to tell random customers to do themselves. Rude, unhelpful employees who don't wear masks despite the elderly customers. Would never shop here or return if not for the standing $50 off any order on the Advance Auto website.

I just really have to say Cade was amazing! Very helpful, sweet, and informative. If I could get that boy a raise I would. It’s hard to come by good employees/people but when you do it’s very comforting! Thank you Cade for your help I appreciate you. My hub caps look great.
