I highly recommend going to this establishment if you’re not car savvy. The employee Kristin was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She was able to provide me with the right oil that I needed for my van, showed me how to fill it, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with filling the car up in the future and even recommended other oil brands if I should happen to not find the desired product. I had a job interview today. On a Sunday amazing. Joe was awesome it was very professional about the whole interview gave me a run around about everything that was required. Joe is absolutely the reason I drove 80 miles to come back to this Advance Auto Parts store (on West Colfax in Lakewood) to buy a battery. Joe was professional, welcoming, helpful, and friendly as he assisted me with finding the right air filter and tested my vehicle’s old battery on Feb 7. After I finally lost confidence in that battery a few weeks later (as expected), I stopped by again on Mar 5. Joe helped me find the right replacement battery, set me up with a loaner tool kit so I could install it, and even checked my work in the parking lot as he was walking out to his vehicle after his shift had ended. Thank you!

Very nice staff, helpful and courteous. If you need parts they are the place to go. They are a okay in my book:) 10 out of 5 stars.

The clutch went out in my car and went in and asked if they had clutch kit, flywheel and slave cylinder for my car in stock. They asked if the car was a manual or automatic transmission.

They don't keep the website or app up to date on what parts are in stock and a incredibly rude when trying to "help" they don't even notice that they order the wrong part and make you drive 2 hrs for nothing just to drive back to their store because you can't return the wrong part at the other store you have to return it where the purchase was made never going to Advanced Auto Parts again

I recommend the Advanced Auto Parts location on West Colfax in Lakewood. I ordered online but the website gave me the wrong wiper blades for my truck. Went to this shop and Joseph took care of it. He got me the correct blades of very good quality and at a cheaper price than what I had originally paid. Then he installed them at no extra cost! You can’t get that kind of service online. So skip the website and go to this shop. All the employees seem nice and knowledgeable but if you are really lucky Joseph will take care of you.

I was I a real car trouble jam and spoke with Tim on what I needed to do replace the engine spark plugs and ignition coil. He was more interested in helping me get home than selling me parts that I didn’t need. It’s this kind of honesty that will always keep me coming back to Advance Auto Parts. Thanks Tim!

Joe here was very nice and helpful. Immediately asked if I needed help finding the correct size of wiper blades, helped me install them, and replaced the battery in my fob. He didn't even say anything about how bad my old wiper blades were!

Went there to drop off a ups package. Google maps didn't specify its inside the auto parts, even if it's there it wasn't clear enough. I wish ups would put a better sign to direct and guide their customers rather than a small sticker on the door.
