Discount Tire

Stopped in with a screw in my tire and while they were busy they were still able to get my tire fixed quicker than expected. The staff are friendly and very nice, making it clear they were enjoy their jobs. I am extremely grateful to the shop for making a possible awful morning better and my day better in turn.

Been going here for years, unfortunately yesterday was the last time for me. I purchased a new summer tire set from them and went ahead with the install. Watched in agony as the one of the employees was struggling to get the previous tire off. She struggled so hard she took what looked like a crow bar and started prying the tire off the wheel. After they gave it back to me this is the condition of what was my mint wheels. Just the 1 was messed up, but it’s still a $1200 screw up. Ouch, discount, thanks for the heart ache :(

Flew out to CO and bought a truck, it desperately needed tires before the 1100 miles back to IN, they were the only place that had 31/10.50/15s on the shelf that could get me in right before I left town. They had the truck in, tires changed, truck back in the lot in under 45 minutes. Nice people, fast, got me on my way and back to Indiana.

Discount Tire is normally great but DO NOT go to this particular one. I was refused service with 1 hour and 15 minutes before they close for a simple tire rotation and balance because of 13 cars ahead of me. I even mentioned I don’t mind the wait. I drove down the street a few miles and I am sitting at the one on 4580 Wadsworth having my tires rotated and balanced. There are quite a few vehicles ahead of me. I’ve been going to Discount Tire since the mid 90’s, this genuinely is my first negative experience.

I had a nail in my tire and Brian was very helpful. He said the wait time would be an hour and I only waited about 30 minutes for a tire repair and windshield wiper replacement. He pulled my car around from the back so I didn’t have to walk around with my 3 week old baby. I appreciated him going the extra mile.

INCREDIBLE costumer service!! They were checking my tires for air and found a nail - got me in within 1 hour and fixed it for me! Making a city gal feel comfortable in a car environment is so hard to find. Thank you to this amazing team!

Price matched when another Discount Tire said they couldn't. Had to order the tires in, but once they came in they got on it right away. Made special accommodation for my long travel trailer. Excellent service.

Ever since i learned that they fix flats for free, they have been been my number 1 spot to go get tire help. I have bought all 4 new tires for my truck that had 10 year old tires, they were great priced and got it back in a day. This year alone i have been to three different locations one in my home town and this one off Colfax and another off Wadsworth. I can always count on honest and all their workers knowing what is okay and best for customers. I highly recommend their services for honest and true work.

I came in July 13th just for an air check on my tires and was greeted my Michael. He was very kind and very proficient. He found where there was a nail in one of my tires and was very informative with everything. Just wanted to say that he is an exceptional employee and respectful

I haven't had a car for a number of years so I've never been to Discount Tires, until today. It was the best thing I could have done for my wallet and for my car. I had no idea that they will repair your tire for free. Because I had an appointment I was in and out in 45 minutes. Service was fantastic and everybody that works there was super friendly and genuinely nice. I will absolutely go back when I need to replace my tires.
