Very kind people who give 110% on the job. Busy little store for good reason. Somewhat tricky to locate the first time around, but easy in and out. Decent parking I recommend

Experienced exceptional service from Crystal! She checked my engine light -noticed steam coming from my hood. She gave me recommendations and even a referral for a mechanic. I greatly appreciated Crystal’s willingness to assist me and go beyond my expectations.

My baby kept reaching for the woman who was helping us so I told her she looked like the baby's grandma (who is very young looking for her age). The lady behind the counter became very rude after that and had an attitude for the remainder of the interaction. Won't be returning.

I went there two times on July 3rd. First trip I was given the wrong light bulb for my Harley's rear turn signal. Not the employees fault as it was a guess on their part. So, then I came back for a 2nd time and I chose another light bulb and ultimately was what I needed. They seemed short staffed so there was a decent wait time the second time but overall, they take care of their customers needs.

I love This location. Get all my parts from here. Called staff today after I bought a rear wiper that was intentionally removed by a neighbor in my complex who vandalized the 3 cars next to me and they are letting me come back in to fix or exchange for an new one.

Horrible customer service! I had to hunt for someone to help me. Then the guy rang me up and I asked if I could borrow a pair of scissors or something to cut the plastic around the gas cap I bought. He was looking for something to help, and a woman came up behind him, said something in Spanish and now he doesn't have anything to help. I asked how they open boxes and he tells me they use their hands. Will never purchase here again.

Every time I go there, I get exceptional service. I feel like right now they run a skeleton crew and they stay quite cheerful. They’re always nice and help you with as much as they can, and they always acknowledge you. I come here not just for parts, but for a good experience. They even helped me get parts that are pretty hard to find (for whatever reason).

Worst auto parts company out there. When they ask you for your phone number make sure they get your info. I bought some wheel bearings and when I brought them back to return they refused to take them even though they are the only company that sells that brand of bearing and i only wanted store credit and I gave them my number ,and Im in there system, they claimed to have no record of it. Avoid this place at all cost. Auto zone and Advanced are cheaper and they have WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Other company's are actually try to make the customer happy. Pretty sad guys.......... you lost a customer and I will tell every one about how awful you treat your customers.
