My granddaughter had problem with battery on her blazer Michael Bechtel helped us very well. He is so friendly and he has excellent experience. He safe our life. Before we went to Really auto part and employee was very unfriendly and did not help us This is not first time that Michael helped my family. Ian was very helpful in testing my battery and starter. He was efficient in also locating my headlight bulb and explaining the difference in available bulbs. Excellent customer service.

Ian is fantastic! Excellent customer service, fair prices, nice location. Ian is definitely an asset . He was kind, polite, and very efficient. I greatly appreciate his help in changing my battery.
Albert was super helpful when I was having trouble tracking down the right filters for my cars! Great customer service and a pretty good selection/variety of pricing depending on your budget.

These giys got me taken care of quickly. I thought I had an alternator problem, but it turned out to be the battery. Thanks to the free check. I got the battery I wanted swapped out in the parking spot and was on my way.

Doing a long distance motorcycle trip. Needed to change my oil. They let me purchase what I needed and change the oil in the shade behind building and disposed of the used oil...so awesome, thank you Advance Auto Parts 馃憤

I have had numerous positive experiences at this store. Both Michael the manager and Albert have gone above and beyond to help us. From getting a much needed part to the store in less than 30 minutes to fishing out a cap that I dropped down in the engine. It was these two specific examples, along with their overall customer service that really stood out to me. They clearly wanted to help and wanted us to have positive experiences at their store. They will be continue to be my go-to!
