GREAT STAFF. Honestly one of the cleanest if not cleanest stores near me, store seems pretty busy on weekends but always get the help finding a part when I need it!

Always quick and great prices. Sometimes they get overwhelmed w customers wanting them to fix their cars for them. Whenever I go in I'll try to help them out as a mechanic on RVs.

Had a really rude interaction with the woman at the desk this morning. I hope shes not a manager since positive customer service should be a priority. The "go f yourself" attitude we got after requesting information was not appreciated after the stressful morning we had. Tried greeting her and being polite and got not so much as a few eye rolls and obvious scoffs of annoyance. The younger man who was working however was super helpful and I wish we could've had his help the whole time. If you can't have a good attitude while working customer service, find a different job.

Stopped by yesterday at 10 minutes before 6 which is their posted close time. Just needed some antifreeze and they were already closed.

Brandon and Kyle are awesome! I had an issue where I ordered the wrong part, I went in while Kyle and Brandon were working, they both we're extremely respectful and helpful. Their customer service is unmatched! Kudos to them, I will continue to shop at this store on a regular because of them.

One guy who had glasses and short dreads was the most helpful person ever. All by himself when there were a ton of customers, helped each one of us quickly. Even went and got the correct item for me. Knows a ton about cars. Deserves a HUGE raise.

$150 for a part that costs $32. Have you guys lost your mind??? People, go to Amazon or rock auto with the part number and get it for a 5th of the price. Geez... Edit: no you do not offer price matching. I asked. Only if it's pretty close to the price you're selling for. Also, just stay away from this store anyways. They always close 1-2 hours earlier and you waste your trip. The rude staff closed the door on my face and said they were done for the day. 1 hour before closing time. Are we clowns to you? It's a business that definitely doesn't take it seriously nor do they treat their costumers well.
