I got my car towed to Midas and Bart took excellent care of me! My car was trouble-shooted, fixed, and on the road in 2-3 hours from the car reaching the lot! Awesome!

I went to the Grease Monkey for an oil change and left the lot and after 2 minutes my car was smoking. I took it back to Grease Monkey and they couldn't figure it out and pointed me in the direction of Midas. They figured out the problem in 5 minutes and fixed it for free. Great service and great workers.

I’ve been to a lot of mechanics over the years, this Midas is by far the best I have ever worked with. They diagnosed and fixed my 2017 RAM quickly and efficiently. While waiting for my truck to be fixed I witnessed the same amazing service I received with every customer that walked through the door. Don’t hesitate to bring your vehicle here, the work will be done quickly and most importantly correctly.

Took my 2018 Toyota Tundra in for routine service. Scheduling was easy. Truck has 52000 miles on it. They changed the oil and rotated the tires. I have never replaced the cabin filter. It was pretty dirty. They replaced it and said the air filter was good until next time. I waited for the truck and they were fast. I would recommend this business to anyone needing a reliable place to get your vehicle serviced. Staff were friendly and polite.

BART is the best!!! Customer service and satisfaction is their #1 priority! I needed my windshield wiper reservoir fixed and they were able to troubleshoot and repair it in a timely manner. I have a 2013 Kia Optima and had a steering column issue or so i thought. I had it shipped to about 10 different shops to see about repair and turn around on the issue. Most shops I went to never called me back or claimed it was a Kia issue and to go to the dealership as they couldn’t help me. I happened to stroll into a Midas by my house out in Longmont as a last resort exhausted and worrisome from previous experiences. I have never stepped foot inside a Midas a day in my life, I meet an outstanding gentleman by the name of Bart working the front counter. I explained my issue and how I was worried not only the price of it but whether or not a local shop could even help me! When I say I encountered 100/10 service im not bs’ing you. Bart not only has ran across this problem multiple times and had it diagnosed just from experience he got me in no less than 5 minutes of walking thru the door had A tech pull it in and confirm it’s exactly what he thought it was! Not only did I save more than 50% of what other shops quoted me he got me in and out same day in under 2 hours. The technician Tim was quick efficient and prompt in everything he did to get my baby back in tip top shape! From the bottom of my heart to Bart and Tim at Midas in Longmont, I can’t thank y’all enough for not only fixing my car but being so friendly, knowledgeable, and outstanding customer service! You turned someone who has never stepped foot in your doors to a lifelong customer!! Thank y’all so much for everything! Sincerely, Justin
