Midas

I went in last week a little frantic over a check engine soon light and while these guys were pretty busy they quickly got me in to see what was going on with my car. I was so relieved it was just in need of a new battery and Royce was so awesome! He took a peek over my car as I had a few questions and made sure all my fluids were topped off and I had air in my tires! They even cleaned the pine needles out from under my hood! These guys are awesome! I was so thankful for them! Will definitely be returning for any other car needs!

Not thrilled w the customer service or willingness to help the issues w my car. Been going here for a few years but may rethink in the future. Plus, I also scheduled an appt online & while i know the business was closed I never received a follow up call. Update: I asked them to see if there was a reason for the burning smell that was prevalent. They didn't even address this issue. Come to find out there was a mouse nest in the engine compartment. Thanks for nothing Midas.

I called early in the morning to see if I could get my brakes done. They had me in and out all before 230 that same day. Zack took care of me, and when he quoted me higher than I was expecting, he worked with me on the price. It wasn’t 50% off or anything, but it was enough to meet me closer to my ideal range. Knowing I needed the services, I believe he did that because he knew that my vehicle needed the work done. I’m very thankful, I bring all my vehicles here. Can’t beat the Midas touch!

Zack and his team are AMAZING! Just moved to the area....2nd vehicle we've brought to them & there fast & honest! Very happy customer. I will be returning soon with another car to fix.

This morning I got in my car to run errands after being out of town for 10 days. My battery was dead, I got my car started and over to Midas for help. Royce was able to install the battery, check the alternator and get me back on the road in a hour. Thanks Royce for your help, the day has gone much better sense my visit to Midas this morning.

Caleb was fantastic in helping me get some tires ordered and put on. The service was quick and efficient and the coffee was a plus! They took the time to explain the Road Coverage and how that works too. Super happy with the service and I'll definitely be coming back! 😄

Got my car serviced at two Midas locations. One in Washington before heading here to Colorado. We immediately noticed that our car was leaking oil after getting to Colorado which is scary! We drove that far & the oil pan got stripped. We had NO OIL LEAK before taking it in. Got worse with taking in Colorado & they couldn’t fix completely because we had to find an Audi dealership. Quote is $1100 & we’ve tried contacting Midas to pay for this since they’re the one who did this and no one will get back to us almost two weeks later. The only helpful person has been Zack at the Midas here in Colorado. If we continue to be ignored, we will go up in this company as far as we can! It’s ridiculous & apparently happens more than you think

Came in for a muffler repair. Shop was super busy, but the tech said he could squeeze me in. Within 45 minutes he repaired my muffler and performed an oil change! That's old school service right there! Well done Midas Team! Mark M.

Brandon did the job on my car and was great. Took their time and gave good information. Zack was very helpful too and had good communication.

listen here, do not go here. they will replace one part, then you will be back the next week for the same reason but they will tell you it is a different part. and then you will be back in the next week for the same reason and they will tell you it is yet again, a different part. Go to goodyear or brakes plus or your uncle. just do not go here
