I went to cash a check that required a phone call to be made and was told to go elsewhere. I went to another branch and they were happy to help. Thanks for nothing Nic and the manager working with him today. Is this how you train your people #keybank?

I just moved here to Colorado and was in this Strip Mall over the weekend and needed some cash, I was amazed that Key Bank charges $4 to withdraw Money at their ATM. I thought BOA was a corrupt organization, but $4 charge ATM service is highway robbery as well. Thank god I saw the Credit union right across the parking lot and was charged half that. Needles to say I am giving my business to The credit Union. Key Bank, hopefully you will go the way of WAMU.

Tried calling this branch at 4:34pm on Tuesday and it rang 4 times and disconnected. No voicemail, no nothing. I always have issues at this branch going back many years.
