The mortgage loan officer, Jeana Haynes, is terrific! I'm a realtor and have worked with Jeana for many years. She is very thorough, very professional and definitely gets loans closed, and generally before the deadline date! She has worked with me with "normal" borrowers, international buyers, and self-employed borrowers - and consistently does a great job!
Great experience here. I was greeted immediately by Jessica - who listened to my convoluted needs. She said she would need to connect me with someone else. She looped in Scott who introduced himself, escorted me to his office and told me his understanding of what I needed to ensure he had everything correct. He then told me what the process was going to be, and he looped in Chris for part of the process (again, my need was a bit complex). Chris came in and went over what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions and then he took my papers and did what was was needed and came back and confirmed. And again, asked if I had any questions. Then Scott finished out by telling me the next steps he was going to take and asked me if I had any questions. Great experience all the way around. The manager, Evan, has definitively instilled a great culture at this branch.
I was helping to open checking account for my mother and father in law. We spent more than 2 hours opening 1 checking account. I had to spend even more time bringing documents to make copies again. Around 2 weeks after this we've got 2 letters in our mailbox. I was thinking that this is debit cards, but it wasn't. Content for each letter is 21 page each. We have to fill additional applications. Now we've got a bunch of applications and papers to fill out, and I remember that we already did it in your branch. And we are still unable to use our bank account as my parents in law didn't get their card. Feedback: For now, working with Chase is so time consuming.
READ THIS!! I don’t know what all these bad reviews are complaining about. Evan is flat out the best branch manger I’ve dealt with in decades. All of my personal & business accounts are held at his branch and you flat out couldn’t pay me to move banks. If you want the best in town, go to this branch, Evan and his team will take great care of you!
Absolutely awful company. They do their customers dirty - find a different bank. Too many hidden fees and charges. Unfair grounds for credit reduction.
My personal experience at this branch has been outstanding. Evan helped me sort out an international wire that had been goofed up at a different branch. I've also come here for notary services without an appointment and they've always been able to assist me without a fuss. Recommend.
There's a reason this bank has a lousy rating. The customer service here is horrific. My son was the victim of a scam and lost a lot of money and Evan the Branch Manager basically said good luck recovering from an out of state professional scam artist with your local police; and peace out. Zero compassion or assistance in the entire ordeal. Since they don't value my business and money I'll be taking it elsewhere and recommend you do the same.
Newly moved to Colorado and experienced average service at another Chase Bank and specifically was drawn to this location for a credit card application. We were helped by Fay who was outstanding, she herself had moved from Canada to the US so she knew the hurdles of the immigration process and how to navigate them from a banking perspective. She was incredibly warm, friendly and was efficient and knowledgeable in her work. Fay was incredible and so helpful and made our banking experience with Chase outstanding.
Was lucky enough to call this branch today and the "Manager on Duty Today" picked up the phone. She was either high or on a power trip. No professionalism whatsoever, her communication skills were bitter and poor and the attitude was over the roof. It's my money in the bank not the other way around or maybe she doesn't like Mohammads. News flash lady im a mohammad and I have served this country 😡
