Derek is great and so helpful. 2nd time I called, the representative was incredibly unhelpful and patronizing. I'm switching banks. I've only had my accounts for a week. Edit: Derek is the only reason I've raised the stars on this review. He's so amazing.

Simply awful experience. I opened a business account with them and in just two months already regret it. They did not tell me there would be strict deposit limits and after two months of following up with the rep assigned to me, I still haven’t heard back on getting them raised. I’ve also waited two months for checks when they said I’d have them in two weeks. Further, when I got temporary checks (so i can actually pay people) and asked to have the fee waived since I’ve had to wait so long, they said they couldn’t do that. So now I’m paying fees for temporary checks for my business because US Bank doesn’t know how to send the checks I paid for in a reasonable timeframe. And they weren’t even apologetic about it. Worst banking experience I’ve ever had.

Went in for a notary today around 3pm, and the teller was very short, and unfriendly. And wouldn't even listen to what questions were being asked, or said, nor did she even read the document, which clearly stated, has nothing to do with real estate, and she was insistent I had to list it on the document. A little giggle was all she gave in return, I will not be returning to this branch ever.

We've been banking at this branch for years. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. US Bank is one of the few big banks that still feels like a local bank, treats its customers well, and provides quality services for a reasonable price. And their online banking and mobile banking are pretty good too.

My husband and I have been trying to set up an account here for 2 months. The first person set up everything incorrectly-not well trained. Went in to have it fixed and a different person FAXED the information to get it corrected. Called where it was Faxed (after waiting more than 2 weeks) and they stated the reason nothing has been done is they only received a cover letter and driver’s license and not the form. During this time I reached out to the manager of this branch and she has never replied. I have been a current customer for probably more than 20 years with US Bank. Apparently they would like their customers to go someplace else.

The Lone Tree branch twice the past two months cannot give me the cash I need. I have to drive to drive to university branch who always accommodates me even when they are not prepared. I appreciate them taking care of the customer. I still don’t understand why a bank doesn’t have a few thousand on hand, but thanks University branch. I won’t be going back to lone tree on Quebec even though I live 2 minutes from them. Horrible.

Very respectful staff and informative. My favorite location. Even though there is one located much closer to my home, I go out of my way to this location because of their wonderful staff. Thanks for always being helpful! Shoutout to especially Mimi and Albert :)

I went in on a Friday afternoon and opened a couple accounts with the Assistant Branch Manager Neal Andres a.m. was thoroughly impressed. Solely because of Neal I am transferring all my accounts to Us Bank.

The people in this branch are extremely friendly. Especially, the manager, Pritesh. He went above and beyond to help us with several issues. The tellers are also very knowledgeable and helpful.
