You can't cash a check because it is a "bank of the west check, think about it" is your employee's exact words? There's obviously some retraining that will have to happen because that makes no sense. How do you not honor your own check? This is bank of the west right? Yes! So what's the problem? It's a bank of the west check, we can't cash it. Please clarify this for me because I don't understand
Terrible new management. I have banked at the Parker branch for over 25 years and it has never been this bad. I asked to close an account and assumed it was done but ended up with service charges. They ignored my request to credit those back. I will be closing all of my accounts!!! Don't bank here and expect any level of customer service.
Very poorly managed bank. They can't keep a branch manager to save their lives, the people they do have are poolry trained. The 800# refers you back the branch. If you have a problem, Bank of the West could care less. Today, they decided to close their lobby. I went to the centenial branch, and theirs was closed too. Are they going under???
This place struggles on a regular basis to take care of their customers. Always someone new in here, that’s if their lobby is open in the first place. They can perform a simple deposit. Let alone perform duties such as wire transfers. I am so done with this place. Guess we will be looking for another bank.
This location is the worst! I tried to open another account because my current account had fraudulent charges involved that were in dispute. FERNANDO went out of his way to be condescending and actually call the Lone Tree branch to tell them not to open another account while my current was in dispute. The audacity of the employees that work there should be severely disciplined and taught customer relations. The review would be less than one star if Google would allow me to post. Choose another Bank!!
Today is April 1 and the Parker CO branch had 1 lane open. We waited 14 minutes to make a deposit. It took 10 minutes to get the deposit processed. Horrible service. Taking 20 minutes for a simple deposit is not acceptable. A new Canvas bank is opening soon. After 21 years it is time to change banks. Worse service ever and this is not the first time.
This branch staff is incompetent. Only 1 drive through open most days and while hardly any cars in the parking lot, still manage to take at least 10-15 minutes to make a simple deposit. Inefficient and incompetent. Pay your employees more so that they don’t treat this work as temporary job and care enough to do their job
Worst teller line in the Denver metro area. The only person worth talking to in this branch is Courtney Ali. I refuse to do business at this bank and will drive the extra miles to another branch to avoid doing business with them. They are the slowest I have ever dealt with.
this is the worst branch I've ever been with when it comes to lack of employees, lack of urgency and overall service. Expect to wait in line a minimum of 15-20 minutes every time you visit.
Don’t do banking at this branch. The lobby is not open and had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru line then was charged $10 for a cashier’s check.
