Quick, friendly, excellent service. Drama free No issues. I literally handed her a check for deposit and the friendly Teller took it, no problems. Will come back to this location. Centennial location (read my review) is a dumpster 馃敟 with horrendous customer service.
OMG the reviews here say it all don't they?? With so much competition in the city these guys need to do better!! My complaint?? Poor customer service and if Chelsea is really the branch manager then the bad reviews are likely warranted . Sad
No customer service ever. I have needed to call them three times in the last 4 years. Hung up on at least 5 times and put on hold for 40 minutes another time. Branch was so bad I just left for Wells Fargo.
Every other time I try to use the ATM at this branch I am unable to deposit or withdraw cash. Being one of the largest financial institutions in the world, you'd think they could afford to keep their equipment up and running. At least there's a branch closer to where I live. This one was just convenient as my second job is right across the street.
Somewhat helpful , but don't appreciate having to pay to cash a check from Chase Bank @ Chase Bank.
Chelsea helped me out SO much today. After being at a few different branches, on the phone and online for the past week no one else took the time to actually help me. She was so professional, efficient and helpful. Thank you again girl you saved us today.
Michelle Jonas stepped up and helped me unlock and get my business account back up and running when the online team was nowhere to be found. I spent hours on hold over several days trying to unlock my business account with Chase, finally got frustrated enough to make a separate trip into the branch to see if they could help. Michelle was a rock star - she immediately went out of her way to squeeze me into her schedule, and got it all sorted quickly and efficiently. Thanks a million Michelle; you are the reason I kept the account with Chase and didn't simply close it and transfer to another bank! If any higher ups at Chase are reading this, bump Michelle up a level in your corp as she's a valuable asset to your company. This would be a five star review but the online and over the phone support from Chase was a complete waste of my time. If I can't work with people like Michelle, I'll drop my account in hot second! Michelle gets 5+ stars, online team and phone support gets 0 stars!
This is the WORST customer service I have ever received at a Chase bank. Typically, I go to other Chase banks and have consistently received top notch service. I waited for a few minutes to be seen and when I was I had two requests: 1. Deposit a check into my personal account 2. Transfer funds from my personal account to my business account. (I had plenty of excess funds in my personal account, so the deposit had no impact on funds being available to transfer.) The employee told me she didn鈥檛 know how she was going to handle the situation because the funds hadn鈥檛 cleared and I told her that there were plenty of pre-existing fund in the account. I asked her why it was a difficult transaction and she said she didn鈥檛 know. THEN the team lead, Morgan, came out and tossed two deposit and transfer sheets in front of me and told me to fill them out. I told her that typically the employees at Chase were more helpful and she told me that I had an attitude. I reminded her that I was the customer and she doubled down and told me I could do it on my app. Just so disappointing to know that Chase hires employees like this who do not see value in customer service. I鈥檒l go back to other Chase banks where the customer is treated with kindness and professionalism.
Been a customer with chase for two years. I have been to many branches and dealt with many different tellers. My experience with Hailee was amazing. She was very helpful and very informative. Her customer service skills is on point and I will definitely be coming back to this location.
Walked in to open a checking account for my son, 2 bankers just sitting around flirting with eachother and told us they didnt have time to open an account and to make an appointment for layer in the week. The bank was EMPTY. We will be taking him to another bank and will also start migrating our accounts elsewhere.
