We had a wonderful experience at Wells Fargo bank with our personal banker James Goudy. He was patient and kind, and very perseverant. He did not stop till he solved all our issues. We would definitely recommend James and this Wells Fargo branch to anyone.

The person who helped me was very nice. I was trying to get automatic payments removed from my mortgage. However, they couldn't help me. I asked for the direct number for the mortgage department which I had at home so I could call right away, and was given the general customer service number. Didn't really get much help. But usually I would 5star. My branch in Highlands Ranch always goes above and beyond!

God knows commercial banks, especially the big four, aren’t know for their outstanding customer service. But, that’s exactly what I received from Dylan (PB) and Tina (Branch Manager). Thanks for your persistence.

Bad customer service at this specific branch. Needed to meet with a banker. Telller was nice and told us we could meet a banker and thst we were next in line. Another customer walks up afterwards to the teller is told something similarly and tbey are also asked to wait. Then we are skipped and they are attended to. This branch staff lacks the service mindset I have seen in other branches and need multiple levels of basic customers service training.

Best customer service EVER! No other branch picked up the phone and we’re willing to accommodate our needs for banking services. Chris was the guy who helped us. Overall, amazing service! Which is very hard to find in today’s day and age. Great job!

If you are visiting to do something simple, such as withdraws and deposits or currency conversion, this branch is great. Friendly service for sure. They do try to "find out" the harder stuff by asking each other if they do not know, but you honestly will find better assistance for the more difficult things elsewhere. Anything besides the very basic "by the book" things, you will be redirected elsewhere (including a post office for notary work when they are a notary here).

This is by far one of the quickest and most friendly Wells Fargo locations. Each teller is always pleasant and helpful. Especially Savannah! And everyone form tellers and above are attentive and quick to get people helped when they’re busier.

This institution needs to be permanently closed and have criminal charges filed against it for fraud and theft Still financially screwed by Wells Fargo - they are of the poorest character of people

I have a business checking account with this Wells Fargo branch. The staff has always been beyond courteous to me. In fact, when I started my business I had two business accounts - one with Wells Fargo, and another with a different bank. I was testing the waters, so to speak. The other bank made errors and had hours inconvenient to me as a business owner. I closed that account and kept only my Wells Fargo account because of their superior service and convenience.
