Melissa was amazing helped my grandmother and I set up an account and it went so smoothly. She covered everything we needed and answered all of our questions. Was honestly such a pleasure to work with. We will see you again soon for our banking needs in the future thank you for all of your help Melissa we greatly appreciate it!

Melissa made the entire process of setting up an account and getting savvy with the app very easy and explained the details about fees, policies and such in a simple and straightforward way I could understand. Furthermore she was very kind to me and understanding of a somewhat unique situation, treating me like an actual person and patiently explaining things multiple times to me due to my learning disabilities. I just had to say thank you, It's extremely rare to find such authenticity and meaningful kindness and help like she has showed me since I open my account. I plan on being a very long-term, maybe even lifetime customer/account holder of Bank of the West due to her awesomeness! They were very helpful in activating my new debit card

Very frustrating trying to do business there. Yesterday the lobby was closed, today the whole branch is closed! This has happened many times before. Try another bank altogether! This one is anything but customer oriented.

Clean quiet friendly staff. Very large Bank of the West building Tucktaway back into a parking lot kind of tough to get to. Very quiet and slow bank I have been several times and there’s been nobody in there. Kind of distressing because this is how most bank of the west star and their branches are closing all over the place

Lobby permanently closed, drive through closed 1-2pm, hard bank to depend on.

Employees like to take their time, even during long lines, been like this for years. The lobby is always closed during normal hours.

Worst bank ever charges a 9$ fee to cash a check that is written on 1 of their checks bank tellers and manager's are horrible

This is a horrible bank. I would even give it one star. Tellers are rude. Opens late and closes early.
