A week ago came in to open an account. It was Saturday, we came in an hour before they close. We were told to wait. After waiting for half an hour we were told that they won’t be able to help us that day. Why did we wait for so long? Decided to give a try another day: today we came in and were able to get a banker help us open an account. After about 30-40 min we were told that the proof of address we brought is not going to work. My dad brought his Social Security Number with the correct address on it and another letter from Arapahoe County. Frustrating service :(

Last week I decided to open a business account. I'll admit that having to schedule the meeting with a business banker was frustrating, but only initially. Someone at the branch pointed out that I could set up the meeting right from my Chase app! It literally took less than a minute. However, as a result Darren Woon (who my appointment was assigned to) was dedicated to working with me. Instead of being distracted with everyone who walked in. Speaking of Darren, if you want an excellent banking experience, ask to work with him! As someone who has been in the world of marketing and business development for the better part of two decades, I know when I'm being sold something. However, working with Darren was like sitting down with a consultant. He didn't waste my time with gimmicky sales pitches or overwhelm me with every business product that Chase offers. Darren assessed the stage of my business and offered relevant services that may help me scale or save money. Most importantly, I'm confident that I set up the right account; had all my questions answered; and even learned some things. Furthermore, when I had a question, a week later, I called Darren, left a message, and he promptly returned my call. Look, I've had my share of poor banking experiences and I can't speak for everyone or every service offered. However, I can say that in my case, this location is a five-star!

I have been a long time customer and had quite a bit of money in savings and checking with this location over the years. I purchased some pesos in small bills just to tip for food and drinks in Mexico. It cost over $40 for $300 in pesos. When they arrived they were all large bills and not what we requested. They told my wife they would buy them back and repurchase the correct size bills. What they actually tried to do was charge us for two more currency exchanges when it was their mistake. That was over $130 in currency exchange fees for $300 worth of pesos. She called me from the bank and I had to drive up to cancel the two transactions they were trying to add on for their mistake. I didn't get an apology, just a that is the policy talk. The manager finally apologized when I gave him my phone number as the contact for the escalation issue and said I hope I get an apology from them since I didn't get one here. Unless this is corrected prior to our trip, I will be withdrawing all funds and closing accounts after I find a new bank. I didn't give 1 star because of past performance. They were in no way great, but were friendly and fair in the past. I just cannot believe they tried to pull $130 in fees on a $300 currency exchange on my wife.

This location rocks! Small things like patience and letting your customer talk to explain what is needed, not storming the door like an awkward car salesman. I can tell the staff here is seasoned and professional.

In typical Chase fashion this location was provided terrible customer service. The line was 12-15 customers deep. No sense of urgency from the employees within the branch. I then went to the drive through thinking that would be quicker - mistake. They took my documentation however 10 min later I can't get a response from anyone over the intercom. Finally a man comes over the intercom and says they are busy with other customers. Guess after 10-15 min I'm not a customer? I guess the man is unable to assist and do a simple withdraw. I only bank with Chase because of my parents. When I take over their financial responsibilities the very first thing I am doing it going to Wells Fargo.

This location has the worst customer service. The drive through teller couldn't figure out our deposit. She kept telling us it was off and what did we want to do. I told her I knew it was correct and she couldn't figure it out. We had to go inside and wait in line again for the inside teller. Once we got to her she ran the checks through and the deposit was correct... We didn't get an appology for the inconvenience or even a "have a nice day". Even though this location is convenient for us we will drive across town to the location on Tower. They are MUCH more friendly and efficient!

Worst customer service ever! I went to make a business deposit (first time at chase) I was told after a long time waiting that for my type of transaction I must go inside. I drove off the drive up window to go inside for my transaction, but just before getting off my car a representative came to tell me that I must not come to the drive up service window for my type of transaction ever again with a bad attitude. I tried to explain that it was my first time using Chase but he didn't even listen to me and told me go somewhere else for your banking needs... I went back to run my business and later decided to check out the customer service reviews for this chase location. I was not surprise that ONLY ONE out of every single comment here is POSITIVE. Is there even management that cares about business here???? BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never use Chase ever again.

The worst customer service. They had me say everything out loud to verify my account as in my previous transactions. That information should be private and they should know better. Plus the attitude... avoid this location. Forgot to add. The Manager is what you call “Not Helpful”. If you want everyone and their mother to know your transactions, come to this Chase location.

Just had a very unpleasant and unnecessary experience with Chase Branch in Smoky Hill Rd in Aurora. Been doing business there for over 10 years.. worst customer service experience. Funny enough as I'm walking out, a lady literally said "I would never bank here if I didn't have too.. this branch is the worst, but not the only bad experience I've had with Chase". Never had a problem with any of my other credit unions in 30+ years of banking.
