Usually much slower service than the other branches in Greeley. Tellers always trying to sell you something. Friendly staff bit managers seem to always have a bad attitude. Don't even bother going into this place on a Friday. Its faster to drive to the branch on 16th and 23rd than to stand in line.
People here are nice but the drive through wait times are an embarrassment. Been coming here for 15 years and it’s been terrible since they shutdown 80% of their drive-thru lanes. I was able to open an account with CityWide while waiting in their drive through line and post this review with time to spare!

Service was slow but day was busy so I expected a wait time.Staff is extremely friendly and managers go out of there way to explain charges and fees. Don't go on days swift gets paid and you should be fine, or go to another bank?
Not thrilled with the service. Sometimes businesses have an off day but the struggle is constant at this location. I'd be happy with something as simple as them answering the phone.

After driving through the drive through and the teller saying she couldn't speak English and didn't understand me, I then went inside and was treated horribly because I was white and didn't speak Spanish. That was the most racist establishment I have ever been in my life.
G-H-E-T-T-O is the only word I can describe this place with. The girls are skanky that work there and clearly should be working at Jerry's Market instead of this bank. They're rude, talk over you, and the bank charges FEES for everything!

Always friendly! They service a huge amount of people here. They handle it well and professionally without ever getting overwhelmed. Awesome staff!
