    We have loved the service we have gotten from them. They are always friendly. Whenever you are dealing with financial stuff, ask lots of questions and don't leave or signup for something you don't understand. They are always helpful. And I like the building and design of this branch.

    They say they close 5pm but at 4:30 the drive up is closed. Once I walk inside it鈥檚 a line of 8 people and only 2 workers.

    This has to be the worst banking experience I have ever had. I have been in the process of transferring a buisness banking account into another person's name for months. I have spent over 10 visits trying to solve this dilemma and it still not fixed. The problem stems from missguiding requirements, information being imputed incorrectly causing errors, and even just blaintent inability to complete the task for "experienced" bankers. My organization will be closing all accounts and moving to a more efficient, detail orientated bank.

    This is the worst Wells Fargo branch in Greeley. The staff does not have a clue on what the procedures are for a simple request to open a business account. I made an appointment to open a new business account, got to my appointment 15 minutes earlier, waited for an hour to get an account open, meanwhile the representative called 4 different people over the phone as she had multiple questions on how to open an account. 馃え I have gone to the new branch in Downtown Greeley and the one on 35th Ave and 10th St and the service was nothing but stellar. Horrible experience, will NOT go inside the branch again and waste my time.

    I don't understand how there are always like 7 or 8 people working but only 2 tellers open at a time. This has to be the worst location and if you need coins don't even try to they are so unhelpful to their customers.

    Everyone looks mad, frustrated and annoyed. Including the manager with RBF. Very unwelcoming. The lighting is depressing. Maybe get more tellers.

    My review is only regarding the mismanagement of this particular branch location (2300 W. 16h St.). Pre-COVID, this branch was known for hilariously long lines through the lobby, with few tellers available at the windows, but at least 2-3 employees lingering around the lobby, asking the impatient customers how they were doing. After COVID, the lobby was closed completely, sending all those customers to the drive-thru. This location is in a plaza with many other businesses, which led to all the cars snaking around the parking lot, snarling traffic for the other businesses. Today I pulled up and even THAT was closed - the entire branch was closed. A lemonade stand can't even be managed this incompetently. This branch is a clown show. Take your business literally ANYWHERE else. UPDATE: Today (10/20/21) I pulled up to the drive thru to see handmade signs saying that due to some undisclosed emergency, no more than $100 can be withdrawn. Bad sign. Then the teller informs me that their systems are down, so she can't handle cashing a check. YOU ARE A BANK THAT IS INCAPABLE OF MONEY TRANSACTIONS? Why is this branch even open at all?

    The lobby was shut so I went to the drive through. The sign sold it closed at 1, I pull up at 1230 to get told they are closed already. I could not use the ATM because I needed more cash than it would let me pull. I have been trying to close my dad's accounts for months. He passed away over a year ago. I even gave them a copy of his death certificate but they just keep charging service fees and over draft fees. I am pulling my money and taking it to a local credit union

    Manager on duty on October 12th, 2021 A.M was really rude. She was working the teller. We told her lost a check and how to proceed. Instead of calmly explaining she was talking loud and down to us. It was so embarassing in front of everyone else. We felt and was treated like we were rock bottoms off the street who are up to something shady when we are years long customers.
