Absolutely the worst bank ever! When the lobby was open the service was slow and now since it has been close since March,the drive through experience is horrendous...slow and oftentimes lanes are closed. Ridiculous! Do NOT attempt to refinance through US Bank either as they lose documentation and do not communicate with you throughout the tedious process. Can't wait to switch banking institutions !!!! PS. Have been with US bank for 10 yrs. and had great service in the state I lived in during most of that time.

This branch needs to give it's male bankers some sensitivity training in terms of women changing their names after divorce. After struggling for over a year to change my name back to my maiden name during the middle of a global pandemic in addition to the trauma of divorce, I've finally managed to change everything except USBank including the DMV and SS. However, when I arrived at this bank I was told I didn't have enough documentation because they seem to think they need even stricter requirements than the government. And then was sent on my way. If I have enough documents to open up a new account in my new name, I should be able to change the name on my existing account. Luckily, I was able to go to a different branch nearby and was helped by a lovely young woman who was much more understanding of my situation. This was an obvious example of sexism at work. Will probably never use this branch again and am seriously considering closing all USBank accounts anyway.

ATM machine does not work properly. Gave me a receipt for the $300 but NO CASH. Went inside to talk to tellers twice.They were unhelpful and said to call # on my debit card. I sat in my car calling the bank while several others used the atm. Watching & asking if they got an extra $300. 2 different people told me stories of others this has happened to at this ATM. US Bank overseas dispute says 10 -45 days to get my $$ credited back. They know their ATM machine works sporadically and could care less. Go to atm in Johnstown or King Soopers on Eagle Dr. Horrible customer service at this branch.

I LOVE this bank! Its banking services are competent and seamless, its staff knowledgeable and friendly, its location convenient and well-maintained...and its customer service the best of the best! I left my phone on the counter, and the lengths to which Kimberly Artis and the staff went to figure out whose phone it was, then track down my wife on her way home from work to come get my phone minutes before Friday close, was astounding. But then we already knew that this bank is a true cut-above, neighborhood bank -- one of those places you don't see much anymore, where they take the time to know you and serve you and recognize you (from just a phone screensaver!) and take care of you like only a really good neighbor would. I LOVE this bank!
The bank is average. Nothing too great. The mobile app is frustrating. It seems to update slowly and change from day to day. I think most would use it to be able to manage their money better. It works well for months but then out of know where my balance is in accurate for days. Transactions will post and then unpost and re post again and it makes it difficult to keep track of my spending. And during the holidays it is more important for me to know what money is truly available and what isn't. I might as well go back to the old way of writing my transactions down and doing the math. Which defeats the purpose of having an app that should be doing that for me.

Absolutely terrible customer service. And just try to call and complain - no number available. Using Covid as an excuse for not servicing customers. You can make appointments but on a limited basis. Have been a US Bank customer for years, visited a number of branches over those years - never have I seen customer service as poor as the service is at this branch.
