This is my 2nd favorite bank. The mulberry is 1st only because of Marina the manager. The service at all western states bank locations are awesome.

New customer here. Had a couple of technical issues trying to set up my account, which understandably happens at times, however when I reached out for assistance they were quick to respond and help me along the way with any issues or questions I had until the process was complete. So, so far an excellent experience and I look forward to doing business with them! Update: switching banks. The people are nice but since day 1 I've had issues accessing my money and account through their app and website and i cant have that happening. Not being able to externally transfers funds was the nail in the coffin for me.

I have been with this bank over 30 years. As a small business owner, I have Larry Meier to thank for my success as well as the staff of the Loveland branch who are always there for me, There are plenty of times I have special requests and issues with my account that I need help with. And Carrie, the bank Manager is amazingly nice and efficient in dealing with my requests. Tuey, a bank teller is also one of the friendliest people you will ever meet and is always there to greet me with a smile. The other day I tried to deposit a 2nd party check, which goes against the bank policy. (which is understandable) Rather than a flat "No," she allowed me to make the deposit and politely explained the policy with grace and professionalism. She really treats people well, and I feel that she genuinely wants my business which is why I will never bank anywhere else. I plan to stay a lifelong customer, and thank you for reading my review.

This summer, I worked with Carolyn Mountain (Mortgage Loan Officer) at the Loveland WSB Branch. She was efficient, flawless, and amazing. I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend talking to her if you're looking for a loan or to refinance, etc. I've been to the Laramie & Loveland locations -- everyone truly is great.

This place has the worst customer service!! Their E-banking is a joke! They want my 5yr old daughter to sign a check for deposit, are you serious!! The change their account profiles to charge you and fail to give you the option to change your account type or close your account! I opened my accounts with the knowledge and understanding that they are completely free HA!! I GET CHARGED 3$ A MONTH, and twice for a stop payment! Damn joke! For a small town Bank with minimal services they charge you like a corporate Bank.. so much for small business happiness!

As a small business owner, working through the PPP funding paperwork was sometimes daunting. Billy G. was absolutely amazing to work with, always answering silly questions without hesitation. Billy and WSB far exceeded expectations, and what a blessing he was/they were during a very difficult time for everyone!

I Love WSB!!! It's so nice to have a local bank that feels like family. Shari and Kelsey are always so wonderful and know my whole family by name. Billy and Nick have been a great positive addition to WSB!

To all who are customers of this bank be aware that if you are not a customer they charge a 1% fee to cash a check. Just another reason banks are the crooks of this world.

Shari Ayala, Kelci Solberg and Billy Galbreath are the friendliest people to deal with. I am closing on a house and they were on point with documents and statements. I run a business and they make it a pleasure to come in, they are total professionals and they always have CHOCOLATE 🙂

My favorite local bank. Fun to go into a bank and they actually know who you are and appreciate your business. Shari and Kelci on the teller line are great!!!
